The lobby is quite large, with a gym next door. The service was acceptable. The mattress in the room was too soft and the problem persisted even after three nights. The breakfast was average. Besides sausage, butter, bread, and fruit, it was also canned sugar. I was a little disappointed. It's a 20-minute walk from the old town.

It located near the city center, very convenient.
The breakfast is wonderful.
Especially I have left my tablet in my room.
When I noticed in the train and asked to the hotel by mail.
Quickly hotel staff responded to me and the next day I got my tablet.

The hotel fully met our expectations! The location is excellent – just a few minutes from the old town and the pedestrian zone, and many sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, providing a perfect start to the day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable; we immediately felt at home. The parking garage was also a huge plus and very convenient. All in all, a successful stay; we highly recommend the hotel!

I go to Dresden once a year and always stay here. Although it is an old hotel, it feels very good.

It is located only 500 meters from the city centre. You can walk anywhere. Staff was very helpful. Room is good but needs a bit refurbishing.

The hotel is centrally located yet very quiet. The underground parking garage is overpriced, and the breakfast is good, but also quite expensive.

The location of the hotel is very close to the substation, you can reach it either by walking in 10 minutes or by taking the tram in front of it in 5 minutes. The rooms are spotless, and the beer bar on the ground floor is very enjoyable.

Increased prices, reduced service: No room service anymore (except if you expressly order it), while they charge you more. Wasn't clear at all breakfast was not included in my booking, cost me 20€ extra! Usually breakfast used to be included as "default mode", now it seems to be a "special feature" that comes on top. Wanted to use the sauna shortly past 9pm (I had booked the wellness time slot from 7pm to 10pm) - only to be informed that sauna closes at 9pm already, one hour earlier than the pool. All in all: Fairly disappointing (in comparison to earlier stays) – at greatly inflated prices.
