Highly recommended hotel The location is greit. A few 8 minutes walk to small restaurants and train station to Hamburg which is about 30 mins. Many available parking space outside the hotel in addition to the basement. Buffet breakfast is very okay. Rooms are still new and quiet. I did not like the soap container in the bathroom. Very hard to press to get some soap out especially when only half full

Sometimes the door doesnt lock properly and you have to close the door with force. This makes a lot of noise. For parking an additional 9.90 per day is charged, as well as 50 euro for the parking card which will be refunded when the card is returned. Why cant this be added to the card for opening the room? Personel is very friendly, and speaks both German and English

Value for money A lot of Hotel for the price. The rooms were nice and big. There was little confusion about the rooms, but was quickly handled by the reception. Breakfast was good with a nice variety.

I have not travelled in a long time, but the hotel was a beautiful oasis in the hot weather. The staff was patient, polite and professional. They carefully translated my poor German and helped me to understand the area. The sleeping room itself was rather large, clean and comforting. There was not any air conditioning because it was not needed. The choice curtains for the interior kept things humble...

Simply furnished rooms, shower room larger than usual in this price range; usable and relatively powerful hair dryer in the bathroom; Location on a main road through the well-insulated windows not disturbing. Air conditioning not available.

No air conditioning, rooms were clean and simple, breakfast was nothing special, when we checked in they wanted to tell us that you were only allowed to take two rolls (laughably sorry) Breakfast staff but very nice and in a good mood.

We had a great and enjoyable stay at the C&S Hotel. Everything is very neat and tidy! It feels like you are staying at a friend's house, unexpectedly you are completely finw with sharing two bathrooms with the entire floor. The small room for breakfast allows you to actually communicate with the other guests. Mr Chouldry is very attentive and helpful as well. Definitely would recommend and stay there...

Bett4you has often been a flexible and good solution for me. Most of the time something was possible at short notice. It is clean and well maintained with a good price-performance ratio. The accommodation is surrounded by a larger golf course. You can also enjoy a wine or beer in the evening in a very relaxed, relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always polite and courteous.

We stayed for 5 nights there on a business trip. Overpriced, no service at all, rooms are enormous, but the bathrooms smelled like hamsters, the shared kitchen was filthy, and it smelled weird.

The double room as such is okay, but the internet provided is unfortunately more bad than good ...

This hotel is in a quite residential area. Rooms are clean and staff friendly. I have no complaints for the price at which rooms are being offered. Pinneberg S bhan station 700 meters from this hotel. However, if you travelling into city center, this last station of S bhan is quite far away and can take upto 1 hr to reach.

A good place to sleep, every thing is clean and cosy, with resenable price and delicious breakfast

This hotel was extremely accommodating. We were coming for an event and had an extremely late arrival time. After calling the owner he set in place numerous ways for us to get our keys even late at night. Later when we missed a night at the hotel the owner gave us a refund on the night. Overall a great experience.

Nice hotel to stay with a good ambient....want to get away from city crowd better choose this place... Having a train station near is another good thing. Would definitely recommend it for a person or couple who like to have a walk among the silent and nice roads

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend and can only say good things about it. Very warm welcome, friendly staff throughout, the rooms very clean and comfortably furnished. The breakfast was great! There was nothing missing. In the evening we sat in the restaurant once, which was also very tasty. Definitely recommendable.

SUPER food, and great service, the card payment system broke down, so we had to visit the nearby bank, no big deal :-) food was one hr late due to very busy night, but it was super good, and we did not have a hurry anyways.

A very nice hotel, highly recommended. Our room was very clean, appeared to be newly renovated, and was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Check-in was very straightforward. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Even though we arrived very late, there was a good selection of everything, and it was constantly being replenished.

We arrived with a car, bike rack, and e-bikes. A proper, locked bike shed with electricity for charging is available! The hotel is very clean. Friendly staff. A truly outstanding breakfast buffet. Very tasty items. The reception is only staffed in the mornings. Drinks are available in a refrigerator. Everyone writes down their drinks and pays later at reception. Real trust! The beds were very comfortable...

Beautiful and charming old school hotel in a lovely quiet area close enough to the centre of town to walk where you need.

A little Gem We travel to and from Denmark and stay here to facilitate use of the Gluckstadt ferry. The welcome is excellent and the restaurant superb. The continental breakfast is extensive and tasty and a pot of coffee is provided. There are a number of sister hotels too. All in all not one to miss. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

We had a very comfortable room which was clean and equipped with all the necessary tools, so you could enjoy the super friendly hospitality of the hotel.

Great location in Stade Great location but room dark and dreary at rear of hotel. The plus was, those at the front of the hotel had to endure the late night party goers.

Reception was closed at arrival 5pm, needed to call someone to get the key. Hotel insited on payment at arrival, no flexibility to cancel the second night. Not the cleanest hotel and room.

Perfectly adequate for our short stay. The hotel is spread over two old buildings so there was no lift and we had to lug our bags up the steep stairs to our room. Decent breakfast in the main building and very helpful staff. Would use again

One of the most pleasant experiences we've had staying in a hotel. The rooms were well equiped and modern. The hotel looks like a ship on the inside and also resembles like the decks of a ship. The staff is very friendly and always available to help. Would highly recommend if you are in Stade!

Kind staff, comfortable rooms and good service. Its location was, for me, one of the highlights: located just 10 minutes away by walking from the city centre, and right by the river, where you can walk along or even practice some water sports.

I still haven't visited the hotel, because I recently moved to Stade and I already have where to sleep here. I am just passing by and from outside the view is beautiful.

The hotel has a corny touch of the eighties but also very spacious rooms for European standards and it is superbly situated in an ally = QUIET. As always in Germany breakfast is superb.

We had a great trip and the hotel was just what we were looking for as we were visiting family close by. Driving distance to downtown Hamburg is about 30 minutes

Room was clean and good. But the man on the reception should talk better with the guests, he has rude attitude. They charge 10€ per day for parking, and there is no alternative. It's not so close to the central, but if you have a car it wont be a problem.

It was just a short stop because we were on our way from Norway to the Netherlands, but the hotel was very flexible, both in checking in after opening hours and checking out before opening hours.

Nice place to stay Its a small boutique hotel in a residential of Hamburg.Train station short walk but infrequent trains. Breakfast only but restaurant short walk also.Very friendly staff. Beds firm, singles with uncomfortable pillows and duvets is my only complaint.

The hotel is nice, but it is not worth the 200 euro a night for a family of 4. We did the family room and the beds where the hardest most uncomfortable mattress ever. The room where very clean, clean linens and towels, and the parking garage requires a lot of patience, it's underground and if you drive anything mid size and up I would park it elsewhere. It's right behind a farm and next to a burnt...

Barely ok Nice staff, clean but worn down room. No curtains so sunshine from 6 am.

The hotel was in a quiet location. The beds were single, on casters. The mattresses were outdated. When the beds were pushed together, dust and dirt were visible. The red carpet was unhygienic. Standard but clean. The reception was friendly.

Great place for either a short stay or some sports. Many tennis courts indoor and outdoor, 3 squash courts 15€ for an hour 👍 and a fantastic massive gym, outside heated pool, shower area and dressing room is 5* and massive. Large outside free parking. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be back very soon 😉

I must say it was ok because of the whole place... however my room wasnt. The whole place was pretty nice, in a quiet area of Hamburg, with a spacious garsen and the manager was nice. The thing is, some cheap rooms were in the basement and mine was one of them, and it wasnt that good. The double beds werent high enough so down there on my bed i couldnt even sit from the one above, the smell was nasty...

Decent rooms, fairly clean, food is alright. The location is pretty nice, close to bus and train stations. Grocery stores and pharmacies are all nearby. The wifi is mostly stable.

Booked one night stay, including parking for our car in 2 weeks. Hotel shuttle service took us to and from Hamburg airport. I will use this fantastic hotel again next. time

Very Disoriented Reception.. Don't ever think i waited that long for a room before. And our keycard suddenly didn't work, and we had to go get a new one. But room was very much ok, and the breakfast was also very good.

Had a very bad experience with the driver from the airport, he is a african looking person, we were told he would come after 15 min. he arrived 30 min, after. we would like to drive to the hotel to pick up our car, but he wanted to pick up other guests, we waited and waited, an only because we pressed him he ende up drivin after 1 hour, we arrived at the hotel 1,5 hour after landing. The african guy...

we often stay at this hotel, before or after flying out or in of Hamburg. Our car can stay there, and there is an excellent shuttle bus service, and also we both like the restaurant and the bar, and there is only a short walk to a small town also with restaurants and shops.

We booked the Sleep, Park, Fly package where you get a nights stay, parking while flying on vacation from Hamburg Airport and shuttle service to and from the airport. Everything was as expected and it was very nice not having to worry about transportation and parking when going to and from the airport. Very relaxing.

Room OK, cleanliness OK, Breakfast was great, but very long waiting times at the reception. You have a question and wait, wait, wait...and you wait. The resolution on the guest clearly takes too long! The in-house Parking is a joke, there's a Bobby car can fit a maximum of. Staff friendly. Directly to the motorway, the noise is unbearable.
