Comfort Hotel Tom Kyle in Kiel

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Tom Kyle in Kiel. I had a paid voucher that I attempted to use for a night’s stay. Despite the hotel having available rooms, they refused to accept my voucher for the desired date. Instead, they offered me an alternative date that did not fit into my vacation plans. The staff was neither helpful nor accommodating, and they seemed indifferent to my situation. It felt as though they did not value their guests or the agreements they had made. Additionally, I was not offered any form of compensation or alternative solution, which only made the experience worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you plan to use a voucher or prepaid service. I expect far better service and flexibility from a hotel, and Hotel Tom Kyle did not meet my expectations at all. Avoid this place if you want a reliable and hospitable experience.
