This place is across the central train station but it managed to stay quiet. It is very close to a lot of the sight seeing areas and restaurants. Very convenient. There is also free parking if you are checked in.
The interiors are modern and the rooms are clean. We were there as a family of 4 in Thier family room and it was just the right amount of space.

Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are far better hotels with much better hospitality in the area.

Overall ok but pillows are odd and uncomfortable. Location is fine and breakfast is good. Free and paid parking.

The hotel is directly across from the main station and almost all bus lines, but was still quiet at night (window towards back courtyard). 10/10 location. The room itself was comfortable and spacious for a few nights. Each room provides a glass water bottle to be filled on the ground floor with filtered water, but my bottle was very dirty on the inside. When I asked to reception to exchange it for a clean one, they gave me another dirty bottle and said the debris was from the dishwasher. The internet connection at this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced: Two networks, neither secured with a password, that constantly disconnect and disappear (I had 3 separate devices, all with the same issue). The reception did nothing other than request I unplug the TV in my room and plug it in again, obviously to no avail. Reception staff were not particularly friendly.

Good stay. Great location close to the old city, next to the train station - making the rooms towards the road noisy with open windows. Good breakfast.

the hotel is close to main station. it is quiet and the staff is really nice. the breakfast ist good and has a variety of foods. Coffee is good - most important! I went on a business trip and I like the chain in general: not to business stylish but still somehow cozy. Staff was super friendly.

I was on a business trip, and everything was good except the noise. I heard the people in the rooms around me and the street traffic. Maybe it would not have been so bad if the room had a view of the internal yard.

The location is perfect, and if I need to return to Lubeck, I will use it again.

I was pleasantly impressed by the beautiful rooms with a nice design.
The breakfast was of good quality, although it happened a few times that either eggs, bacon and other things were missing. The kitchen should keep up with the customers :)
Good location within walking distance of main attractions.

No space to park motorcycle.
Front desk tried their best to help , no result.
Ended up by 'parking' next to main entrance which is against fire fighting rules.....

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and the room was everything we could expect: Nice and clean, good air-conditioning and a comfortable bed.
The location is perfect, just a few hundred metres from the city gate, and very quiet in the evening.
