The hotel is very well located. Close to the main station and for exploring the city. The hotel itself is cozy and the room very nice. The breakfast was great and had everything you need. I would definitely come back.

Amazing customer service, I was very pleasantly surprised. Very considerate and friendly. Even my dog received a snack! Nice breakfast. Simple, comfortable rooms. Excellent location and cheap hotel parking nearby.

Hotel is located in central location with a beautiful view to a Gate and river. Was mentioned in a documents( and became a hotel soon after) before Columbus discovered America. How cool :). Rooms are cosy and simple. Service is very welcoming and attentive. No problem with parking or finding place to eat.

Don't stay out late, you might get locked out of the building. Not a joke, came back 2 AM, door was locked, night porter sound asleep! Other than that, VERY NICE hotel, close to everything Lübeck has to offer, excellent breakfast buffet.

Fantastic stay - front desk is VERY accommodating in a very non-German way … parking is a bit rough, but the view makes up for that. The breakfast, as with pretty much any German hotel breakfast, is outstanding. Shower is SUPER slippery - careful!

This is a 3-star hotel which has all features you need. The location in the Old Town by the water is superb.

Then you meet their wonderful staff which serves the customer like this was a luxury hotel and the 3-star rating changes.

Natalya S earns the last star by cleaning a table for us high speed so we can sit down and have breakfast. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Would recommend this Hotel to stay in, the rooms were spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was very good with plenty of selection, also central to everything.

Games of chance that the other guests are quiet ... Of course there is no contact person to take care of the matter! Never again! And a wonderful view of the back yard .......

The apartment is very centrally located, parking garage at 7.50 per day is very easy to reach.
The key handover went very well, the employee was very friendly, helpful and professional.
The bed was very comfortable, there was wifi, the apartment was clean and tidy.
The house is getting a bit old but they are making an effort.

The bathroom is the toilet lid broken, in the soap dispenser no soap, ventilation shaft totally filthy, the ceiling had a water damage, the kitchen dirty and hardly any dishes, a tea towel there and that was dirty! Only good the location!

- Unfortunately, despite the announcement, we had to wait half an hour to get the key. The waiting time is spent in an old, narrow stairwell. - room was not up to the photos - bathroom moldy and unpleasant smell + great location + reasonably clean
