2min away from Lübeck Hbf. The place is super clean and cozy also the employees were very polite and let me do an earlier check in. It’s near all the main attractions of the city with a nice breakfast. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience memorable was the staff. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, always with a smile and readiness to help. It’s clear that the hotel values hospitality at its core, and the staff are the heart of it. Thank you for making my stay feel special – I will definitely be returning!

* Overall reception staff is friendly but some need a more professional attitude toward requests by guests

We hade a lovely stay here! Located at the central station of Lübeck. We travelled with our dog and she was welcome everywhere at the hotel, appreciated that. Excellent breakfast, kind staff and a lovely hotel. Recommend!
