Perfect hidden germ which is well located a d offers a comfortable family outing if you are in the area. We stopped over for one night on the way to Szczecin, Poland. Good midway point in a friendly atmosphere. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Great continental breakfast and good coffee. We will use this as our usual stop over point again for sure.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff and good food. Would definitely come again. The receptionist (Donna I think) was incredibly kind and let us borrow her charger when we didn’t have one and was incredibly welcoming.

A most pleasant stay.
Comfortable room, welcoming staff, ample parking, good breakfast.
Quite a walk into town. Nevertheless I would definitely return to Hotel Zum Ratsherrn.

Nice hotel with easy access. Free parking on the street. We had to have the windows open due to the heat and the sounds from the nearby road was distributing all night.

An absolutely disgusting place! The rooms and all other areas are old, dingy, ugly, broken and also quite dirty. Our shower cabin was broken, we only had 1 set of towels for 2 people, chair and bottom of bed also broken and the carpet througout was really dirty!
The doors connecting to the corridors are filthy.
The surrounding area is hopelessly boring and ugly. The staff unhelpful and grumpy (some even lazy like the girl that gave poor service at dinner, she stood in the bar fidgeting on her phone).
A warm day it is torture to live in a room on the second floor.
The garden is a joke, the really should maintain it.
The prize for what you get is ridiculous.
The only thing okey about this joke of a hotel was breakfast.
I would not recommend this to anyone.

Nice hotel staff and that's it. Rather old furniture, lack of Wi-Fi in my room. Hotel still in 80s. Only if You are looking for sth inexpensive and close to autobahn with friendly people and pub in the same building.
