Check-in from 15:00 they say. No, you can check-in when your room is ready nearly an hour later. Even then, whilst it has clean towels and sheets, it's still dirty from the previous occupant. also, €14.00 for a "€5.99" breakfast is a rip-off. I'm a frequent user of Accor hotels and like their brands. This hotel though, is the absolute worst. Overpriced, even without its shortcomings.

We chose a budget hotel. The price was low. The hotel is quiet, the staff is polite. Delicious hearty breakfasts, which were not included in the price, but the price justified itself. Delicious bread, cheeses, fresh coffee, juices, butter, eggs. Everything for a hearty breakfast. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need.

Upon arrival, there was no friendly welcome, and the hallway looked dingy and in need of renovation. As a fan of the Ibis Budget chain and a purist, I'm used to better. Other budget hotels have, in my experience, offered more. I had to find out myself which floor my room was on. Still or sparkling water was unavailable. The payment confirmation I presented, including my credit card details, was not accepted. At least the bed had fresh linens.

Booked our stay 3 months prior arrival, paid the room. Arrived at midnight, reception closed. The machine outside found our booking but did not let us in. Had to search for another hotel at midnight. Found one, which was +50 % expensive. Went to ibis in the morning, explained what happened and all they did was say ’sorry’. This is not the quality of customer care in such situations. Still, have not received explanstion why wasn’t able to enter the room paid in advance.

Could be cleaner. Those booking on a budget don't expect luxury, but it should at least be clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom and the desk were simply dirty and hadn't been properly cleaned. The shower hose leaked, and the bathroom light only worked halfway. I had booked a "loft" for myself. It was adequately sized for one person. For the theoretically possible three people, it would be really cramped. However, the reception was friendly and the mattress comfortable, so the stay would have been acceptable. A renovation and more attention to cleanliness would be appropriate.

Hotel has everything what expected, location is also very good, quite close to city center which is accessible on foot. During our stay there was problem with towels, we had just one for 3 persons. When asked in the reception, we've received additional two.
Breakfast is very simple, there wasn't any vegetables but within this price there is nothing to complain.
Room was not cleaned enough, there is space for improvement in this area.

Easy check-in. Normal location for the night but traffic in the morning. Overpriced for it's quality. If it was 50/night, would be ok, but for 72 it is bad. I know well the ibis budget quality and prices over the Europe. We stayed in 321 room, the water has been flowing to the bathroom floor when using a sink or shower. No soap or shower gel in the shower, only 1 small soap for the hand wash. No elevator- big minus for staying on 3d floor when you have luggage. Will not stay there again.

The room was very dirty. The bathroom was a disaster as well. I hope it was just my bad experience and it is not always like this, but I personally will not book it again.
