Spent 3 nights during a North Sea trip. Loved the quiet location and the organic breakfast! You can tell they care about sustainability... That said, the room was on the small side and the building feels tired. Service was polite but not always warm or attentive. Good concept, but the experience varies depending on expectations.

Nice room, terrible breakfast
Nice room, perfect surroundings but breakfast was one of the worst we've ever tried. The bread was SO dry, the warm dishes was emptied out at 8.15 and wasn't filled up within the next 30 minutes.

Highly recommended for a weekend.
The breakfast was good and there was a wide variety. The staff was also very polite and always helpful.
The room we had was unfortunately a bit narrow in a few corners, which is why you had to "bend" a little. However, it was clean and modern. The view of the water side was very nice and always a nice sight when getting up in the morning.
As for the location, I can say that it's nice and quiet for a weekend.
Conclusion: Nice and clean hotel with delicious food and a pleasant, quiet location on the water.

The room is great, very spacious on the sea side. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Five stars for the employees. Breakfast delicious and rich offer.

A historic home that has just been renovated and modernized. The rooms are modern, bright and friendly furnished.
The dining room is also cosy, fresh and modern in design.
The staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating. The organic concept is consistently lived. The small and fine breakfast buffet is lovingly and deliciously prepared.
The dishes from the evening menu are just as tasty as they are decoratively arranged.
If you want to switch off for a few days, this is the place for you!

The hotel impresses with its location directly on the Eider. The rooms in this direction are a dream, in our comfort room we felt comfortable all around. The staff is very nice and always very helpful. The food was very tasty and varied. The sauna area is rather small, but super relaxing if you register in advance. We will definitely come back as it was very relaxing. The location allows for many excursions in the area and we would recommend the hotel at any time.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Completely renovated house as far as I know. Rich breakfast with everything your heart desires. Attentive staff, very nice. People like to come here to relax and feel good. Pleasant price - performance ratio.
