The quiet location of the hotel is an advantage for people w/ cars. One needs about 10min walk to the nearest train station. Rooms are comfortable. The bath towels could be of better quality. The breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly. A welcome drink with a cup of Glühwein was a pleasant surprise on a rainy and cold evening.

Very nice hotel in a residential part of Erfurt. Free parking which is a big plus. It's a short 5 minute walk to public transportation and then 10 minutes to the Christmas markets. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. breakfast buffet is well stocked and very good. Nice sauna as well. Would highly recommend.

The comfort double room was quite small. The bathroom has a small shower, in which the light was defective. Everything seems a little come into the years. The cleanliness leaves unfortunately to be desired, and the response to complaints could be more friendly. The Breakfast is the same as a good Board or of a 3-star hotel. This Hotel is definitely not 4 star value .

Can't understand some of the reviews. The room like also the bathroom were clean. The staff was super nice. And the Service teichnet. Here is criticised at a high level. Would like to know how some of the people at home having Breakfast. We always travel with 4 people. 2 of the rooms had never been next to each other. Would book this Hotel again and again!

Definitely not a 4 star Hotel!
Equipment does not correspond to 4 stars. Room too small and too loud. Breakfast in 2 rooms, but the Buffet is only in a...... in the second room, you feel like you are in a meeting room, to enjoy not a place to have Breakfast. To not recommend!

At the time of booking the price of € 79.00 was given to me. In fact, I had to pay 95,00€. The Breakfast was ok. Staff. Unfortunately, quite far from the city centre.

The staff is top! All nice and polite.
The house itself is rather mixed:
On the room and the hallway miefige air. Plenty of ventilation is a must!
The room was not cleaned properly, the interior has seen way better times.
The bed is pleasantly comfortable albeit a little soft.
The sauna cabin is sufficient, sanitary facilities are easily filthy.
The card in the Restaurant is manageable, but my food (gourmet noodle pan) was incredibly good!
Conclusion: small defects, which compensate the staff and the good food.

Normal Business Hotel. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The Breakfast buffet contained no Surprises, but it was sufficient. The cheese plate we saw that it had been a couple of hours on the hump.
