Rooms are great - as is the restaurant and (especially) the owners. Only downside is only one Wi-Fi connection per room.

Very quiet location, friendly staff, the food was good but also nothing extraordinary. The price-performance ratio is okay. It was too traditional for my expectations. The ambience unfortunately leaves much to be desired. It all looks like from a bygone era and very old-fashioned. Restrooms were clean.

Very nice, personable and friendly staff. You feel right at home and not a meter away from home. The rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are changed again and again according to personal needs. The hotel is a highly recommended restaurant, the location is pretty good around forests and you can sleep really well at night. The second outstanding part of this highly acclaimed hotel is the restaurant. You don't have to say too much about the kitchen, but to make the experience yourself. You rarely get such delicious and fresh meat on your plate anywhere. Outstanding concept.

Very nice restaurant above Saalfeld. Tasteful ambience. Beautifully arranged plates and while eating you can taste the love and skill of the kitchen. Guaranteed taste explosion on the tongue. Very warm service makes you feel good. If you want to eat well, you have to come here.

Very well monitored, clean and comfortable. Well built, very silent. Friendly welcome from the attendants. A nice place.
