Good value and good experience

Very helpful staff. Excellent price. Clean and convenient. Recommend as a good option to stay when in Naxos. Only drawback was the amenities could be nicer, for instance the double bed is quite small for double bed standards, and my shower one of the nights was cold due to no hot water.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff were excellent and super helpful with lots of information about the island. Our personal highlight was the generous breakfast and the lovely lady who prepared it each morning, highly recommend!

I stayed at Korali Garden Hotel and overall my experience was average.

Unfortunately, there were no towels provided for the pool, which was quite inconvenient. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked poorly and did not cool the room properly. In addition, the bathroom fan was extremely loud and very dirty, looking like it had never been cleaned.

Another issue was the booking process: I was asked to provide my card details online when making the reservation, but in the end the payment was still collected at the reception. This felt unnecessary and made me uncomfortable about sharing my data.

On top of that, the hotel is located quite far from the center, which made getting around less convenient.

The stay wasn’t terrible, but several improvements in room maintenance, facilities, and booking procedures would make a big difference.

+ I can only say good things about this hotel. The staff was really great and helpful. They tried everything they could to make us comfortable. They were also really supportive and understanding, when we had a problem! They also gave us the best recommendations for the island, which we loved! The room was big and the room-service was great! Everything was really clean the whole time. Besides from that, the location is perfect! You walk 10mins to the center of Naxoa Town and like 7mins to the beach. You also have a bakery, a cafe and two super markets right around the corner. We would recommend the hotel from the bottom of our hearts. We had a great time and would love to come again!

We had the pleasure to stay in the Korali Palace Hotel (the Boutique hotel is another location). The staff was very nice. We haven't met any who didn't want to help or explain! The location of the hotel is good. It's near a busy street which you need to take to go to the center of the town. Nearby there are many good restaurants! The rooms are great if you are looking for a short stay at Naxos. Two beds, a decent sized bathroom and a small balcony. They also have free parking available at the boutique hotel which we were allowed to use but keep in mind that this is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Good place to stay!

The beds are great for a good night sleep. The rooms are cleaned well everyday. They have Netflix and a small kitchen. The girl who checked us in was very nice but told us we could not use the sister pool. ( I was told on the phone we could) We would have to park at the sister hotel but we didn't get a car. Breakfast was the same everyday and got very boring and dull after 2 days. The staff don't seem happy and that makes for a cold environment. We really liked our room and being able to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch people at the restaurant across the street. I would recommend it for those staying one or two nights and really want a nice bed to sleep on. I would come back if they made some changes like one free pool pass or even a surcharge for the pool. Breakfast changes like an egg order and toast. more staff to help out at breakfast so people are not waiting outside when staff are late. Better customer service overall.

We liked our room and that they had Netflix. The room was kept clean the beds were very comfortable. They seem to not offer the things that they seem to mislead in its advertising and I had spoken to the woman on the phone and she said we could use the sister pool but on check in were told no, even though if you had a car you would have to park at the sister hotel. Breakfast does not change and staff could be more friendlier and on time to work so people are not lined up outside for breakfast and have to hurry before a day trip.
