We had a brilliant stay at Rose Club Apartments thanks to Popi, who went above and beyond for us from start to finish. She was always available, genuinely helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. When we asked for a kitchen room near the end of the season, she happily upgraded us without hesitation — such a kind gesture. Our host Poppy was amazing. She greeted us on arrival, nothing was too much trouble and very helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily, to a high standard, all situated next to a lovely quiet private pool area with snack bar. Would 100% recommend!!

Stayed for 3 nights at Rose Club. Very Clean rooms, good priced snack bar and pleasant pool area. The showers were good and always hot water. Poppy, the host was excellent looking after the guests very well. I would definitely book there again. The location is very good as peaceful and only 8 minutes to the main town.

The room was a bit old, but pretty clean. Someone will clean your room everyday, change the towers every 2 days. The AC was new and perfect. The stuff very nice and helpful.

Great place, right next to the strip and beach and the host ,Chris, was a very nice and helpful guy. Would 100% recommend.

Very cozy and very comfortable accommodation a couple of minutes away from the main strip of Laganas and 5 minutes from the beach. The host is an amazing guy

Lovely stay- would recommend! We had an incredible stay here. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh toiletries and the pool was lovely. Great location to the main street as well! My partner forgot his AirPods in the hotel and Klodi was great at getting them shipped back to us in the UK. Absolutely amazing place to stay when you’re visiting the island. The host was very accommodating as we needed an extra bed and he sorted it out with no fuss at all. He gave us options on where was the best places to go and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic service from the staff, they all worked so hard and were very helpful and polite. Rooms could have been a little bit better as I slipped a little a couple of times on the floor after a shower, a floor squeegee would have been nice. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee etc but plenty of access to refreshments in the main area. Two flights of stairs bit much for heavy suitcases and anyone...

Just returned from a wonderful week here. Friendly staff, nice small resort, shop just across the road, food was lovely, clean bedding everyday, just perfect. Beach is 1 minure from the hotel, perfect for watching the sunrise. Managed to see the fisherman feeding the turtle aswell. Also visited Shipwreck bay, zante town, kalamaki and more!

Fantastic stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We even cheekily asked for an upgrade to a room that opened onto the pool — expecting to pay — and to our surprise, they gave it to us for free! My daughter and her friends, a group of *relatively sensible 17 year olds stayed here in August to celebrate them passing out of basic army training. My daughter felt well looked after by the staff, shared that the rooms were clean and grounds well maintained. Stayed here for a total of 9 weeks and I absolutely love it!! The bar staff are so fun and friendly, the owners are lovely. The pool area is beautiful and you get the sun all day long as well as the sunset. Play great music all day, nice rooms and a really fun vibe in the hotel. The rooms are simple and have everything you need. The bathroom was fine and there is plenty of balcony space. Staff are lovely and food and drink is well priced. The pool is lovely and the cleaners come in and clean everyday. 15 min to ZA strip.

I honestly don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel. My sister and I had a wonderful stay here for a week. We had a room with pool view, with doors opening directly to the swimming pool. This was very atmospheric, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast 8-10 but bacon eggs and beans are at best lukewarm and no microwave to heat them up and that is at 8 o'clock the orange juice is dilute orange. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool and bed reserving. The bus timetable to laganos is waste of time as they do not stick to time we often waited 1 and half hours for one to come. The taxis are a joke as it costs 10 euro for a 3 minute journey either...

My friend and I stayed here at the Serenity Luxury Boutique Hotel Agrilia and it was such a lovely hotel and great location! The room was lovely and clean, it also had the essentials you may need! As well as the pool being a lovely place to relax during the day and there is a bar in the reception which you can take refreshing drinks out in the sun! I had a really lovely time here! The location was really nice. You're close to very many things most people want to see on Zakynthos and close to many restaurants, shows and super markets. Great location right on the beach, you can only access the hotel from the beach. The view from your terrace / balcony is spectacular, we got up early made a cuppa and took it to the beach to watch the sun rise so peaceful and still it was lovely. The rooms are basic but comfortable, they are very clean. No wardrobe to put clothes only a small rail attached to the wall so did not fully unpack our stuff...

We were warmly greeted by Maria upon arrival, and she was absolutely lovely—nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was spotless, and its location couldn’t be better! Just a short walk to the beach and perfectly positioned near all the bars and clubs, making it super convenient for a fun-filled holiday. We will definitely return and can’t wait for our next stay!

Swimming with Caretta turtles Dion is a very kind and attentive landlord. We spent four beautiful days in his Nel Mare.

Very nice, quiet stay, right on the beach. Dion, the host, was very helpful with letting us know the best places to see and when best to see them. Helped us book the boat for our 4h sea trip as well.

The best accommodation in the area, the room is perfect, even more beautiful than the photos, quiet, modern and has all the amenities, the owners are very friendly and helped with any questions, and the beach is a minute's walk away, as is the main road where you can find many restaurants and anything else you need overall opinion I would definitely stay there again!!!!

Wonderful studios! Maria and her daughter are very kind. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and every request was satisfied. Studio stars is in a very good location! Close to the port about 10 minutes & about 6-7 minutes from Kalamaki & Laganas. Lovely 2 night stay in small studio. Comfortable. Clean. Basic. Friendly host. Away from main Laganas but easy 3-4 minute drive or 30 minute walk on pavement. Air conditioning included.

We met an old lady at first and she was the kindness personally. It is little bit further from the beach, but we were here for travel so we do not mind.

The owners were very friendly and the apartment was very clean. The location was great as well just a 2 min walk to the strip.

Rooms very basic and tatty, however, they were cleaned every day. Quite run down hotel but in a good location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is in need of a refurb. We normally stay in Kalamaki but left it too late to get booked. We saw this hotel on Jet2 and could not resist the price of £334 each for 9 nights B&B including flights and transfers. Had a great stay at playa bay, the rooms weren’t great but the service at the bar was amazing, a special shout-out to the blonde girl on the bar I think her name was Roxy, extremely friendly and entertaining and definitely made our holiday. The drinks were great and very good priced.

Our experience was 11/10 thanks to Mehir,Emir and Ashley. They friendliness, hospitality and kindness made our stay memorable. If you ever they show your appreciation to them as they’re making this stay 11/10. Also the rooms were spacious clean and beautifully designed.
