We arrived in the middle of the night to a warm welcome from Emilios and although we had to check out in the morning on the day of our departure, which wasn't until late evening, there were shower and changing facilities for us to use later in the day. Basic but clean hotel . Lovely pool and bar area . Serves food all day , friendly and helpful staff .5 mins to the beach , restaurants and shops . Only negatives were the beds were rock hard and the shower had a mind of it's own . Could go from cold to scolding in seconds !

Great apartment, very well located 100 meters to the sea with lots of seafront restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the town of Archaravi and supermarkets via the back of the property .20 min walk to Roda via seafront No problems getting sunbeds everyday around the pool we generally went to the pool around 10-11 am. We had a very relaxing holiday, the staff was always on hand in the day and helpful if we needed anything. The beach, bars and restaurants all with in 1 minute walk and the main town was about 4 minutes walk. We hired a car and found it very easy to get around the Island.

We had a delightful meal with attentive staff The courgette fritters; outstanding crisp slices and for me a main course stuffed chicken, delicious and tender. This hotel is a typical greek apartment with a fabulous pool and gardens. The rooms are great basically everything you need for a relaxing holiday. And very polite friendly staff. A friendly smile and greeting goes a long way . This is our 6th visit and as a couple we chose room 14 fantastic room and view.

I had a wonderful stay in Acharavi Garden. The resort has a lovely garden, and rooms are very comfortable. The beach virtually on your door step, and there are some great taverns and restaurants to eat in by the beach. Acharavi Garden is run by a young couple and they offer a good breakfast.

Would stay again. I had a room with a pool adjoined and it was lovely to have that private space and balcony. The breakfast options are extensive, fresh and tasty. The location of the hotel was good, near a bus stop, supermarket and on the beach. The grounds were well kept and maintained.

this is a lovely hotel, various buildings set in beautiful gardens and set around swimming pools. Building are 2 storey high. Positive points: - staff friendliness really good - location is perfect, right in front of the beach - overall very good conditions of rooms, bars, restaurant To improve: - restaurant queue logic. Places with food should be in the middle of the room to allow access from both sides. This would improve time in queue for food - dining should end by 22h or 22h30, so that people can enjoy beach and sunsets...

The swimming pool is an amazing place to make friends and chill out! Getting Ice Creams from the bar and enjoying them with Family is such a great feeling! But don't forget about the tortoises on th inside of the hotel are just too cute! So definitely recommended! :P

Very good hotel. It's not a traditional hotel, more like a larger area with 2-3 story smaller buildings. It's well maintained, cleaning was daily, staff was good. Great place to stay owners very friendly and lovely compact but clean accommodation very close to the beach. You can use the pool in the next accommodation place so it doesn't matter that there is no pool. Loved our stay here.

Very nice place to stay , worth for money

The apartments were good value for money, a little tired and dated with stained walls and tiles and aircon that didn’t always work. But, overall, the breakfast included in the smarter hotel next door, the lovely pools and loungers that were shared mean I would recommend it. Cleaned every day and spacious for the four teens I took.

I was surprised, because everything looks much better in live. The beach is practically on the territory of the hotel. Nice place, comfortable and quiet. Garden and pool really nice. The négative points are mainly related to the lack of services. Thé person that is in charge doesnt speak english which makes really hard to comunícate with. The owners are really kind but not always there.

Very good location. Very clean room. Nice and cozy furniture (looks like renovated recently), nice clean pool, quite area and private parking. I would recommend this stay for family vacations. Only two comments; very bad internet and no other hotel facilities (breakfast, bar etc). So “boutique hotel” is not very accurate… but it’s ok! We had wonderful time and thanks!

Excellent accommodation, we were very nicely received. Our apartment was large and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The pool is also clean. I warmly recommend this place to everyone.

Cozy place. The house belongs to a family. The daughter takes care of the calls and the mother and father are in the house. They are very welcoming. The studio for 2 is small but with a good distribution. The only withdraw is the bathroom is very small, but we could handle it without problems for 4 days. Great Location. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Two bedrooms. Harry’s Bar is excellent. Staff works very hard and has great attitude and people skills. Definitely worth the money.
