It’s an experience to be able to stay in such a historic and beautiful house like this. The vibes of this gorgeous mansion transfer you to a different era. I’m going a 3 star review mainly because the pool is very dirty we looked forward to having a large pool, but it needs a very good clean, black mould loads of dead insects and a very oily appearance. Wonderful hotel. Traditional feeling with 70's & 80's interior design. The only hotel that I know of that has a pool in Agrios Kyrikos. Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nights. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kastro a small family run business. The hotel is located on top of the hill with excellent views of the ocean. There is parking outside the hotel and is reachable on foot via the road or staircase leading directly into the town Center. A short walk will take you to Therma. We loved the location and views. We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We had an amazing room with a sea view. The only thing that we didn't like so much was the breakfast especially for the bread that was old and stale.

Great location next to the main square. The room was small but had a wonderful balcony facing the sea. There is no parking on-site, you must find parking on a narrow street. The bathroom was very crowded and had an old style hairdryer. The staff was super nice and helpful. Overall good value

The room was cheap because it was off season. It was clean. I was one of only few guests. Close to hit springs. But no coffee, breakfast available except one restaurant in Therma. Pretty good value overall.

We stayed for two nights. Beautiful view of the mountains and houses from the room balcony. The rooms are clean, and have a safe and refrigerator en suite. All seem to be furnished with single beds. Staff is kind and courteous.

Stayed 1 month at At Anthemis hotel great location walking to thermal water ,tavernas and bars . Niko who operates hotel top bloke always helpful , plenty of fresh towels when I need it from frequent swimming and hot thermal waters . Have told family and friends great place to stay .

Not fancy, but you have everything you need. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is up to par with any 5-star hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily. If you've never stayed at a small village/town hotel you may not be ready for the typical 4-inch mattress or size of the room. Once you get over that, you'll be fine. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

Greta value for money!! Nikos and Stamatis are lovely people indeed, they have been truly helpful with anything we needed. However I would be happy to pay a bit more and have a slightly renovated room, the fridge in the 2nd room was not working, and in the first room the WC shower cabin was so small, I struggled not to bump in it's corner. Overall good value for money.

we loved this hotel. phillipos is a lovely man and so helpful. breakfast is amazing be careful. it’s big. but all home made location is great. you can go to the bath house daily. so close and then on to the thermal cave. loved it. could stay for ever. so relaxing. x

A really nice and cosy little hotel in the coastal town of Therma. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The lounge area both inside and outside are very cosy. You really notice how the owners go out of their way to make their guests as comfortable as possible.

the rooms are quite basic, other than what you see on the booking websites, but all necessities are there. bathrooms are typical greek; small open showers means a very wet bathroom. staff is super friendly and ambiance is very nice. breakfast is good. location is great. a beach nearby with beds for 8 EUR. and restaurants, supermarket and bars within a 5 min walk with great scenery and not super touristy

They didn't have a room so they "upgraded " us to an apartment 50 metres away, which was nice, but we didn't have all the hotel amenities directly although they were available for us (breakfast, pool etc) All in all it was good.

We had 7 nights in Room 209 on the first floor. It's a lovely sea-view room. You can sit in bed and listen to the sea and look across to Telendos. The hosts are absolutely adorable and want to help you with everything they can, giving advice on your stay. They are very considerate and presented us food and local herbs to take home which was really nice! The view from the balcony was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

You get what you paid.. Its a cheap hotel so don't expect too much.. But for a climbing trip its perfect.. Good beds, nice balcony, quite area, stunning view, and the most important very helpful and supper nice hosts. You need for sure a scooter, if you have one you will love the place.

Very nice and clean hotell with excellent service. The breakfast is wealthy and pool area is wonderful, although the pool guard is somewhat harsh. I have two things that could though be improved. Second visit to Anna Studios this year, as great as always. Fabulously clean room with regular linen and towel changes, brilliant atmosphere and great friendly family owners Yannis and Aspa. Walk in to Pythagoria flat and takes around 20 minutes. Beautiful harbour, lots of nice bars and restaurants.

We booked 2 rooms in Anna Suites, only to find on arrival that we had been allocated to rooms down the lane in the derelict looking Jasmine Apartments. When we queried this with the owner he said there was only one room available in Anna. So, how was it possible that i had booked 2? Jasmine Apartments are really the poor cousin of Anna Suites, and we were disappointed at the lack of amenities....

Do not believe the false reviews for this property. We have been coming here for the last 9 years. This was our second visit this year. It is spotless, beautiful. Rooms have everything you need. The maids work so hard, Sheets changed every other day. Towels frequently. If you put them by the shower they will be changed. The breakfast is good. The pools are beautiful and cleaned with electric pool...

For location, hospitality, & good quality greek housekeeping, Anna appartments take some beating, so much so we have booked a return holiday again for next September. Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Anna Studios, we found that the rooms pool area, bar area and the facilities around the pool area, were very clean plenty of of sun beds that were comfortable as they had additional cushions. Although there was parasols they do not give much shade, you really have to move from the pool area if you want this. Leaving the bar area the only place to go for shade...

Just returned home after spending 2 fantastic weeks at Studio Anna. It was exactly what I wanted relaxing around the pool. Very clean and good studio apartment with balcony very friendly family run business. Had booked to go back next September for 2 weeks, may even book in another week in June.

Lovely resort offering everything a visitor might wish. Staff flexible in working with us to address problematic dates of stay. Helpful for medical issue that arose. Breakfast offers broad range of quality selections. Multiple restaurants on the property. 10 minute walk into Pythagorus. .

Absolutely perfect… Me and my wife stay 4 nights on September. We loved this hotel. Beach and pool very nice. Breakfast various and delicious. Staff kindly. Rooms are clean. If we’ll come Samos we prefer Dorryssa again. Thank you!

Better suited to adults than children. Lovely setting. Helpful and friendly staff. Only €5 to pythagario in a taxi. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Lunchtime snacks near the pool. Fish restaurant and pizzeria in the evenings. Not lacking anything.

This hotel cleverly provides for a range of holidaymakers. The main hotel is fairly typical of Mediterranean resorts, with blocks of rooms grouped around the main and children's pools. Alongside is a recreation of an old Greek village with individual rooms in buildings of a wide range of styles and a 'village square'. There are 5 restaurants, including the main hotel one for people on full-board packages...

A nice modern hotel just one street away from the harbour. Clean comfortable rooms with their own balconies. Professional and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and eaten in a quiet secluded courtyard. Pythagorio is a great spot and especially if you want to visit Kusiadasi and Ephasis as all boats leave from here.
