Totally disgusting, not at all what I expected. The curtains in each room were hanging on the floor and dirty at the bottom. In addition, floor was dirty, and the window in the elevator was busted out and boarded up with cardboard. Most importantly, air conditioning system was not working. The perimeter areas were dirty and unkept.
Athens Stay is aware of this because the way that you’re allowed to get into the proper you must have a code to even enter. This was a place that I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.
I couldn’t even stay, got a cab and fled this awful place as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and don’t take a chance on this property.

If I could leave no stars I would! My advice is don't read another review and do yourself a favor and find another place to stay! This place is just as it appears except they are not showing you all the trash and filth on the grounds as you enter the residence.When you enter it's dusty and smelly and OLD! You truly get what you pay for here! If you book here you will regret it unless you enjoy residing in filth and unkept accommodations!

This place is severely neglected from since it’s been renovated. No cleaning , no maintaince either. I will be reporting it to health authorities too cause it’s a hazard for the safety of guests.
The oven was really really dirty. Obvs no one should cook or eat from there. The sink was leaking and no one bothered to fix it so mold built up there. In the balcony a box of condoms and cockroaches. The lift is broken and dirty too.I wish I was exaggerating but it’s true. Avoid this place. I regret booking with them but learned my lesson. I ended up buying cleaning products (additional 15€) and spending the day cleaning so no one will have to go through this but didn’t manage to do much…

After a few complications and a necessary change of hotel, I was quite satisfied, even if everything was organized a little strangely.

Huge apartment, very convenient, clean room. It could use a little upkeep—chipped furniture, the people before us must have smoked a pack of cigarettes before we checked in.

I had a very good experience. The elevator stopped working, but I was sent to another building, which was a good as the original. Very happy.

It is downstairs from a grocery store, down the street from anything and everything. The transit system is amazing; pickup and drop off locations are very close. Clean and spacious property, newly remodeled.

Nice week with the family in a good spot.
Well located in nice neighbourhood with good food, bars and bakeries. Easy to travel both to the beach or to city center.

Convenient location. Modern style apartments. Grocery store just next door, bunch of coffee shops with great selections of morning coffees. Great bakery in the same block. Perfect for your breakfast. If you looking for classy diner, nothing in close proximity. Take a taxi to get there. Around $10 will take to nice places.
