John's Hotel in Chalkida

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, modern design. A 5 minute walk to the promenade with lots of restaurants & cafes.

This hotel is family owned they are one of the nicest family . I want thank everyone to make our stay fantastic. This place is beautiful everything Is newly renovated. The breakfast is fantastic . Everything is homemade . They have the best spinach pie and cheese pie . They made specially for our home for appetizers for wedding . This is a 5 star hotel from top to bottom. Thank you to George, Panagiotis , John his mom . Christina for making my cappuccino every morning ❤️ Thank to everyone they work so hard to keep this place gorgeous and it looks amazing. 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️if you are ever in Chalkida in town I highly recommend this hotel 🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️

I am from the UK. Having spent the first half of my trip in Athens and staying at a 5 star hotel over there. I can honestly say that I wish I had spent most my time at Chalkida and at John's Hotel, the hotel was far superior then this big named hotel I stayed at. (Wont say there name) The service from all staff was amazing. There was a young girl at the bar during the day, that was fantastic, good memory for how my wife liked her coffee and was super friendly. The chef was also very nice and their cocktails were sublime, the man that made them, has skills and didnt go light on the alcohol. The rooms and hotel were super clean. The location was ideal, next to the waterfront and a stones throw away from the restaurants and bars. If you are visiting Athens book some time at John's and the waterfront, there is a Gelato place next door with amazing freshly made ice cream and a bakery a little further down, with the best Baclava I have ever eaten. Staying here was the best part of my holiday. I had booked a suite at John's hotel and from the balcony had a nice view of the waterfront.

A friendly and cosy hotel for a very reasonable price, Located in the middle of everything in the city of Chalkida. Clean and confortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Parking available within the building and close by. Easy to reach from Athens International Airport.

Such a great experience staying here while in town visiting family. Our stay was for 5 days, 4 nights and we could not have been happier. The staff were very nice and helpful with every request. Our room was setup with the requested crib upon arrival which was great after travel. The hotel itself was recently renovated and the rooms and common areas were very nice and the hotel bar/restaurant was one of the coolest in the area. Amazing coffee, food and aesthetic. Finally the location is perfect. Right on the paralia and easy to get in and out of. Would highly recommend if you are in Chalcis!

Very neat space Very clean rooms special design amazing service the beds are huge and super comfortable. Breakfast in the room Very nice. We asked for it and what they brought us. Amazing food from their restaurant and rare label drinks

beautiful experience! The room was clean with beautiful decoration. The hotel is located in the city center. The service was excellent. on the ground floor there is a Cafe bar restaurant, with great choices in cocktails and food! the breakfast was rich.

Really nice place, I have been visiting the hotel since Covid. Constantly renovating, extraordinary breakfast, lovely suites!!
