It is not even close to the pictures they have officially. It should not be called a hotel, then maybe it would be okay. It is only good looking in the lobby and then the rooms are at best "okay", but they don't have any amenities that you see in the photos. There are no hair dryers, or shampoo or shower gel... there are cockroaches in exchange :D
Ventilation system is close to none, only little windows in the bathroom, so you can see people shower in the room next to you.
Service is extremely bad, unpleasant stuff. Don't take breakfast, because it is like a tea party, a couple of crackers and tea .

O let me not forget, if there is no sun, there is no warm water(if it is raining outside). Also at night there is no warm water. And in the 10 days I was there there was no water (cold or warm) for two days.

Loved it
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed on 4th floor which was recently added and the room was fantastic. View was stunning and we had everything we needed. It's very convenient to have a spa in a hotel! Breakfast was great (homemade Greek food)! Natasa, the receptionist, was very welcoming and super friendly. We will return!

I was here with my family, rooms were kinda small, and we lost water every night. It would come back. Nice view from the third floor, I love it.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our room on the third floor had a beautiful view. The spa is great. Breakfast very good. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Natassa also adviced us on beautiful walks in the area. Walking on Evia is highly recommended! There were a couple of restaurants open in Edipsos in January, enough for us and the quality was good. The hotel has a personal touch, which we really liked. Thank you!!

Prior to arrival I had contacted the hotel as I had been concerned about the wildfires in Greece and later the floods. Communication was very good. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a female member of staff who spoke very good English and was very helpful. The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of the beach and town centre. We used the hotel's pool and sauna room (extra cost) whilst we were there. The thing that we were not too happy about was the shower whereby the water was not draining away very fast, which meant that you had to have two showers (whilst letting the water drain away). We didn't bother mentioning this to the staff as we were only staying for two days anyway. The breakfast was ok (ish) although not lots of choice for vegetarians (as we are). The room was generally clean and also had a balcony which had a nice view. We did not think much of Loutra itself, and found the beaches to be quite dirty in places, and again a lack of vegetarian food in the local restaurants.

Lovely little hotel
Lovely little hotel not far from the centre of town and beaches. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed using the hotels spa facilities. The only thing that needs some improvement is the shower which doesn’t drain very well. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

The new hotel looks nice. the terraces look sideways to the sea. close to the beach. There are only small rooms
