This place is a hidden gem! The owner and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The food was amazing!! The location is unbelievable, the views, especially the sunset are hard to beat. The place feels very private and secluded, and very natural. The pool was perfect for our son. The beach has rocks and is a bit difficult to get in and out but it is still very nice to swim. There was a small sandy area that was perfect for our son.

I would highly recommend a stay here. It’s very cozy and feels like home. It is a quiet and secluded place, with basic amenities, and a great place to get away, turn off your phone, be surrounded by nature and just relax and enjoy.

We booked a room in this hotel in July 2023. The road to get to the hotel is bad, and it made our car dirty. The sea had many rocks and it wasn’t nice to swim in. The restaurant and the pool bar were closed. Breakfast was poor, only bread, cheese, honey, drinks and some fruit. The room did not have a TV. The bathroom toilet was leaking. WiFi was very poor. They did not clean our room daily as they were supposed to. They complained that we took clean sea towels every day, because we were supposed to use the same ones for our entire stay.

In summary, we booked this hotel hoping we didn’t need to leave it for food and swimming, but it was only ok for sleeping. So we were out all day trying to get what the hotel promised but didn’t offer. Very disappointing, because for some reason it had good reviews. We could have booked a better room for the same money.

If you want to relax in quiet and very nice place, go there. It is not luxurious, but cozy and quiet, ideal for full recharge. Enough close to and enough away from Ouranoupolis. Private beach, pool and green yard with lot of shade to enjoy. Good breakfast in the morning and nice sundowner cocktails. Clean and well maintained.
We are planning to go there again next year.

What a nice surprise! This hotel is far from the noise and bustle, in a privileged setting, at the end of a dirt track. Everything is charming, from the decor to the music. The view from the rooms up high is exceptional, the breakfast is based on fresh, varied and good products. The direct access to the sea is magical, on a deserted and calm pebble beach at the foot of Mount Athos. The owner, Karine, gave us some very nice addresses that enhanced our stay. We can't wait to go back!

I really appreciated the calm, quiet environment, as if detached from the real world. The particularly beautiful scenery: pine forest, flower garden, the wooden terrace looking out over the sea, boundless natural beach, unreal clear and blue water, everything open before your eyes, when you step out of your room. The staff is extremely kind, polite and helpful, in perfect harmony with the beauty of the landscape and the location. Karin and Amelia, especially, are really charming persons. If I had to describe it in a few words, I would say: elegant, natural, simplicity and good taste, true quality, authentic. It was a real "relief" for the mind and soul.

A secluded 3 star accommodation with frugal amenities. Luxury is not the intention here rather than a low-key ambiance based on its earlier years of glory and eclectic glamour that blends very well with the neighbouring nature preserve area. This is the place where you can cut off from the big buzz of Ouranopoli and mass tourism. Of course there is a high season-high price tag for that. Away from the town centre but easily accessible via a dirt road (15-20 minutes walk in the middle of the summer with all the dust is no fun); you will certainly need a car. The same small road transverses the hotel and so you have on the upper side the bungalows and on its lower/sea side a private garden with a pool and a old-wooden deck to admire the sunrise and sunset on the beach, where serenity reins. The sea is with pebbles and big rocks.
The hotel offers a good breakfast and you can enjoy lunch or dinner on its terrace, on the basis of a modest, tasteful but expensive menu.
The bungalow was spacious and clean (in fact we had everyday cleaning service). My dog (Yorkshire terrier) was allowed for a charge of €8 a night. I enjoyed the king size bed but I found that the room in general could benefit from a makeover, especial the bathroom.
Although we were hesitantly received at check-in by a staff member, their service is well-mannered and efficient under the ever-presence of the hotel’s German owner.
