Below average food, honestly great place to lose weight as the food is so dull. Zero effort so uncreative. Plastic cups that taste like the last person’s drink. Showers by the pools barely work. Honestly I could go on. With some effort this could be an amazing resort but it isn’t!

Nice place, I would especially like to mention the therapist Sofia at the Aegeo spas, she is a very professional and pleasant woman. I really enjoyed her massage.

What a gem! Got a great deal on this hotel through Voyage Prive, and it was worth every penny. The hotel opened in May 2018, so it's still as good as new. We were greeted (with a non-alcoholic and incredibly sweet cocktail), and explained in English. We took our suitcases and were taken to our room. We were upgraded to a villa with a shared (with neighbors) private pool. Very large, very clean. The only downside was the mattress. If one rolled over, the other person woke up; terribly annoying. And the pillows were very high, but that's a matter of taste. There was a free safe in the room. The location is truly Greek. Inside the walls, everything is top notch, but the outside is a little shabby. Through the sister hotel Labranda, you can walk to the sandy beach in a few minutes. It is also located in the dunes. Beautiful for a walk. Tip: Rent a car and explore Kanoni (plane spotting), Palaiokastrita (beautiful bays and beaches), and Corfu Town (parking at P2 for €5 per day). The all-inclusive formula is very comprehensive. The food is truly good quality; 5-star quality is worthy. Evening entertainment several times a week. And the best thing about the hotel is the staff. We felt so at home! So kind, so right. We'll be back.

We have booked 5 star holidays but as a result we received only 5 star room. As Sandy Villa was merged with much cheaper and worse sister Sandy Beach we were downgraded with overall service to official 4 stars but to be honest it can be evaluated as 3 stars maximum.
Questions to the management- we will send official claim to the tour operator as well as this is very rude behaviour.
1. Why we were downgraded without our acceptance and approval? We have paid for 5 stars standard not only hotel accommodation?
2. Why you serve so awful food? It is tasteless and next to the pools it is even much worse - reminds street food. We were forced to eat outside…We have never encountered such low-quality food. We are not particularly picky eaters, but it is genuinely difficult to find anything edible in this restaurant. Everything is of the lowest quality and presented in a truly unappetizing way.
3. Drinks. Did anyone from you tried wine you serve? It is much better even in some discounts like Lidl. Where did you found it?
4. Token system is really annoying. Once you forget it from your room you have to go back….
5. Top management go please and talk with your staff. You will realise how demotivated they are - you are destroying the image and soul of this place.

We are currently staying in an all inclusive holiday (jet2.com) in Sandy Villas (9 nights). The room is spacious, providing direct access to a quiet pool. The facilities in general are great, staff friendly and helpful, but we had severe food poisoning. The resort caters for 1,500-2,000 people snd serves buffet lunch/dinner. Given the severity of food poisoning we were confined to our room for 3 days. This resort has full potential but they need to sort out food hygiene standards for good. Other guests we spoke to also were affected by food poisoning so it’s a common pattern.

This place has the potential to be amazing again—if they can address some of the current issues.
We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise. While we still made the most of our time together and had an amazing trip overall, several aspects fell short.
The food was often over-salted and of inconsistent quality, with limited or no snack options available throughout the day. The Sandy Villas is closed. which was disappointing. Meaning we had to eat at sandy beach and the walk a short distance every day to the main family resort. Not Adults only.
Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on. The main pool was worse.
It’s also clear that some staff are unhappy with the resort’s new direction—though I have to say, the majority of the team were truly fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable.
With a return to proper standards and attention to detail, this resort could be something special again.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in .Restaurant food and service from lovely smiling and friendly people was excellent . Long hotel pool good for lengths although cool at end of season as you'd expect. very attentive staff in pool area too for offering drinks at least once an hour and often more frequently and snacks . Mostly used by German tourists so UK and others in minority . Plenty of German channels thus on TV with only news for UK . Beach great although a little walk away .
Only lacking 5 stars because no system available for printing boarding passes and plf and mattresses harder than ideal with large pillows . I'd definitely return in future if I went to the same place twice which I don't . I enjoyed alcohol offered but as not a cocktail or spirits person can't comment on the drinks fairly . I'd say I had good value for money from this hotel in terms of service and food .

Really beautiful place. We stayed for 5 nights Oct 2021 in a one bedroom suite with shared pool, and it was really lovely.
Food was delicious and so much variety across all meals! I'm a vegetarian and had a lot of choice.
Only downside for us was our mattress was way too firm and bedsheets a bit rough - not a dealbreaker for me though and everything else about this place outweighed that!
Very good Covid h&s in place - we felt safe here and had no concerns with that at all.

If you want a retreat that offers great service, food, attentive staff, then this is it. We came away for the last week of the season to just chill out and were not dissapointed. The added bonus is that the Wifi works in all areas. Very good choice.

Fantastic time lovely and peaceful excellent staff and well presented should be proud of how its run no issues at all.food was brilliant.so sad to have to come home poss best hols we have had all made by staff so very nice.
