Our stay was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet place which was amazing. The location is perfect as it is outside the main road but you can walk to the beach and all the reastaurants and rentals in just few minutes. Small parking lot for free to park the rented motorbikes. The only thing is that the rooms could be a bit cleaner in my opinion and sometimes there was an odd smell coming out of the bathroom pipes. The bathroom had no windows nor ventilation.

hygiene and functionality of the equipment in the room are at a very poor level, hot water is not always available, especially on cloudy days...

Our stay was ok. I'd like to acknowledge that upon arriving we were given a room with a broken AC so I Whatapp messaged the manager and they kindly moved us to a nicer more air conditioned room immediately that night. We had Netflix on the TV, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The cleaners and receptionist were also lovely and accommodating.
The air conditioning overall wasn't great in either rooms so we were forced to leave our key in our room every day because it took the whole day for the room to cool down. The breakfast which paid extra for is not worth the money at all for dry bread some juice and some loaf cake, and the kitchenette in the room did not work. The swimming pool also turned both of my swimming costumes green because it was not regularly cleaned which I was really upset about. Overall not a bad hotel but definitely needs new air conditioning units as the current ones are OLD and a bit more upkeep and effort put into the general services such as breakfast to make it worth the price.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples to go and relax in Corfu.We arrived at Ipsos after twenty hours of driving. We expected to have a shower and take some time to rest. We were really shocked to see that the rooms were very untidy.The toilet wasn’t cleaned before our arrival which was absolutely disgusting,we found some flies which were dead on the walls,a lot of dust on the floor and under the beds,the air conditioner was not working at all and was also full of spiderwebs.The kettle,which I am pretty sure that was not cleaned ever before was very sticky and rusty, the fridge was yellow on the inside which tells me a lot about the age that it has,the toilet was leaking at the bottom,the light bulb was improvised and hanging down. We booked for a week with breakfast included but when we saw all that disgusting things we started to ask ourselves how the kitchen looks. We told the receptionist that we want to leave but she became very angry and after all the discussions she decided that we need to pay for one night per room because of the ‘cleaning that was made for us’. In the end i will not recommend anyone to go there!!! Not worth at all!

The staff was very kind and pleasant. Pool is very nice. Everything was clean during our stay and cleaning lady came everyday to clean the room. Very good price to quality ratio, I would recommend staying here.

Simply horrible. Old bathroom, tight space in it, even some thiner people hardly get to the toilet. And when you get in the shower tub, if you are 220+ lbs as me, you'll see what is hell, and won't be able to turn around. Also, shower battery is gross and water temperature not constant. Terribly hard beds, my back was killing me after first night. Dirty cups with coffee stains left when we entered the room, narrow hallways where I can barely walk myself, not to mention if you need to walk past someone. WI-FI signal is weak in the room and the only good thing I noticed is the terrace, spacious and nice, even though mine is looking at some football field. I am sure that I'll never come to this resort again, I advise you not to trust the pictures from Booking and I strongly recommend not to come here if you don't want to be disappointed, and I'm not the kind of a guy who tends to complain for every detail.

Entirely adequate rooms for the price, fully equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom, with air conditioning if you pay extra. The staff was extremely helpful, with the lady at reception helping me sort out a complicated shipment that had to be delivered to the hotel.

Excellent! Congratulations! besides being well positioned, the conditions are more than welcoming. for example cleanliness is daily and includes towel replacement even if not necessary.

There are a lot of ants in the rooms and owner does not care. Internet is like water in sahara desert. Bathroom in the apartment is so small, only for children. All wardrobs are from '60 and they smell. There are two names for the same place at the same location-scam or not? Villa zeus is the second name.
The firts pictures at the site are not ftom this location but from other place.
