Great hotel rooms good size very clean thhroughout the hotel. Staff approachable & friendly food really tasty with lots of choice. Two pools with bar areas where you can order from the lunch menus. We are returning for our 5th visit inn May 2026

For our first time in Greece we chose Creta Palm for our stay. We were only there for three nights I believe and chose the Bed and Breakfast option which we cannot complain about one bit. Very big, spacious, clean and comfortable room with two separate beds and a living room with kitchenette. Our room had a beautiful pool view. Modern hotel set on a the main drag that goes between Stalos & Agia Marina. I stayed for just one week as a solo traveller and the studio was of a decent size with a good firm bed and the balcony overlooked the upper pool. The hotel is spotlessly clean, my room was cleaned 6 out of the 7 days to a very high standard. The hotel has a bridge that crosses the sometimes busy road over to the really lovely...

Another excellent holiday at Creta Palm, our 4th stay at this fabulous location. Very clean and tidy in all areas due to attentive, diligent cleaning staff. Everything was ok - clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, private swimming pool, delicious food in bar and beautiful and peacefull beach. Parking is avialable near to the hotel. We had very good time there. I think we will come there again.

Christina welcomed us warmly even before check-in time and, since the room wasn’t booked after us, she kindly let us check out later. The location is perfect – right on the beach – and within walking distance of many great restaurants, making it ideal for a family vacation. We stayed in the ground floor sea view room and somehow there had been a mix up with bookings and so Kristina asked if we would move We did - upstairs to a bigger room at no further. Our stay at this accommodation was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to all our questions and needs. The location is perfect. The beach offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and bed linens every two days. Studio room for 2 friends sharing and was perfectly adequate, stayed in room 109 which was steps from the pool and a lovely young lady came in and cleaned/replenished every day, all the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Pool was cleaned every day from what we saw. It is in a quiet area, but a minute walk over the road to a nice beach with bar selling drinks and snack food, close to supermarkets...

Nice hotel with linked apartments. Perfect location with the apartments actually on the beach with the hotel over the road. Serviced everyday and lovely and clean. The only negative is it is advertised as having 3 bars but only the beach bar was open and then only until 6pm. They did however allow you to go to the supermarket next door (that’s open until23:30) to buy drinks and bring into the pool...

Rooms and pool area are okay, breakfast sucks big time!

Nice hotell, nice helpful staff. Refrigerator and cooking plate in the room. Wifi only available in the reception area, not in the rooms. There is a swimming pool and one small swimming pool for children. Supermarket is just across the street. Bus to Chania takes 10-15 minutes, price pr. June 2018 is 1.90 €.

Good organization, rooms cleaned every day and kindly staff. Close to the Sea, it's the only with a bar in the beach. Maybe to much expensive the bar at the swimming pool

Fabulous studio apartments with amazing vista, sunsets, and swimming pool. The ground floor studio we had access easy out to the pool. My family and I visited Eliros for 1 week. Before arrival we had a great communication with Maria, the owner of the place. A family-owned hotel is superb for all who prefer privacy and excellent sea view and do not mind a 10-minute walk up from the sea. The studios are simple but perfectly clean and equipped with everything necessary, and the pool is excellent for swimming and jumping. It is the perfect base for discovering Chania and the western part of Crete, including icons such as Samaria Gorge or Elafonisia Beach

Beautiful place , all lovely done and a amazing comfy bed . It is immaculate ! The pool is really nice and very quiet, we spent the afternoon chilling and swimming ., was so relaxing! The owners have that lovely Greek hospitality and that is why we return to Greece so many times . This should get a 5 star rating it is so beautiful. When in the area I would choose this place instead of a big hotel...

One of the best accomodation we have ever had. The hosts are so kind and eager to help with eveything you need. Cleanliness is at the highet level, in the room, at the pool, everywhere. The pool is really nice. 2 minutes walk from the beach. They have free parking places.

Location is perfect, good reach to wherever you wanna go. Excellent view, we totally recommend to wake up for sunrise views. Our room #1 had a weird smell from the kitchen/bathroom area, didn't affect the bedroom thou. Air-conditioning worked well on the first floor but I can imagine being on the top floor, the heat emitting through the ceiling will be devastating. Staff is lovely. Not much variety...

It was a very good stay. Apartment 5 at the beach. Clean, good brekfast, pool at the other side of the street. Beach is on the end or the yard. They fix the AC within that day. That was amaizing.

The host was very nice. We had an early departure (5:30 AM), so we missed the breakfast, but they left food for us in the fridge the day before. The apartment is close to the beach (5 minute walk) and the view from the balcony is amazing. The room was clean and the food was delicious.
