Everything was ok - clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, private swimming pool, delicious food in bar and beautiful and peacefull beach. Parking is avialable near to the hotel. We had very good time there. I think we will come there again.

Enjoy our holiday in this Hotel❤️ Very lovely hotel. Exellent beach restaurant. Rooms were clean and fresh and renovated. Staff was friendly. Parking for car was good and safe. Nothing bad to say of this hotel. We stayed 9 nights and price was reasonable. Also the beach area was good and sun beds were also free.

A cozy little place, nice, clean and well maintained. Right next to the beach and a few meters from the nearest bus stop. Very kind, warm and welcoming owners. Nice breakfast, few choices but you got all you need. We stayed in an apartment and it is very comfortable, spacious and we liked the little kitchen which is a big plus especially if you are travelling with kids. We requested for late check...

Nicely located hotel Excellent small hotel - the upper rooms were beautifully renovated - lovely and friendly staff, free parking in the backyard - nice swimming pool even though it was the end of the season - ok breakfast that filled you up - beautifully located right on the beach with free beach chairs - so nice and delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristall Suites, a lovely family-owned business. Christina welcomed us warmly even before check-in time and, since the room wasn’t booked after us, she kindly let us check out later. We stayed at Kristall Suites with our two small kids in September 2025, and we can only say good things about our experience! The location is perfect – right on the beach – and within walking distance of many great restaurants, making it ideal for a family vacation. The suites are spotless, cleaned daily, and very well maintained. Parking is also available, which made everything even more convenient...

We stayed here in 2024. Kristina the manager / owner was nothing but lovely. We stayed in the ground floor sea view room and somehow there had been a mix up with bookings and so Kristina asked if we would move We did - upstairs to a bigger room at no further. We moved with the help of the lady cleaner and Kristina. We have been staying at a hotel close no by since 2006 - will only stay here going...

Our stay at this accommodation was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to all our questions and needs. The location is perfect. The beach offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and bed linens every two days. The beach is ideal for families with children.The hosts are always on the property, and there are security cameras...

We stayed here when we had our wedding in Chania with some of our closest friends and family. Everyone at Kristall was very welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. They even surprised us by decorating the terrace and the garden for the moment our photographer would come for our “getting ready” photo session. Studio room for 2 friends sharing and was perfectly adequate, stayed in room 109 which was steps from the pool and a lovely young lady came in and cleaned/replenished every day, all the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Pool was cleaned every day from what we saw. It is in a quiet area, but a minute walk over the road to a nice beach with bar selling drinks and snack food, close to supermarkets...

Nice hotel with linked apartments. Perfect location with the apartments actually on the beach with the hotel over the road. Serviced everyday and lovely and clean. The only negative is it is advertised as having 3 bars but only the beach bar was open and then only until 6pm. They did however allow you to go to the supermarket next door (that’s open until23:30) to buy drinks and bring into the pool...

Rooms and pool area are okay, breakfast sucks big time!

Nice hotell, nice helpful staff. Refrigerator and cooking plate in the room. Wifi only available in the reception area, not in the rooms. There is a swimming pool and one small swimming pool for children. Supermarket is just across the street. Bus to Chania takes 10-15 minutes, price pr. June 2018 is 1.90 €.

Good organization, rooms cleaned every day and kindly staff. Close to the Sea, it's the only with a bar in the beach. Maybe to much expensive the bar at the swimming pool
