We didn’t use the pools due to the wonderful beach and loungers. The hotel gym was excellent for a solid workout, rowing,step and running machines together with a balanced and safe selection of loose and fixed weights
There are excellent restaurants in the area, roots and Sirrocos being particular favourites. A bus takes you into the old town of chania for 2 euros and it is a 20 euro taxi journey back
Breakfast was excellent in quality and choice. The view from room 427 was amazing. The beach is stunning sandy and safe. In the middle of October we spent our days swimming in the sea
Had a great honeymoon stay at the resort. They treated us well and we had an amazing upgraded room. The hotel is very nice and the all inclusive option is nice. Their drinks are good and the food isn’t bad
Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus outside every 15 minutes to Chania. Hotel provided fruit, bottle of wine and biscuits in the room.
This is the perfect hotel if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, as it’s very calm and not lively. We took a taxi into Chania a couple of times, it’s a beautiful place and definitely worth visiting

Excellent hotel! Good location & view. 10 minutes away from the old part of Chania (12€ in taxi) The staff is very polite and always ready to help. One minor issue is the pool, it is bit cold
We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Cretan Sea was absolutely stunning, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The pools were beautiful and refreshing, a perfect way to relax
We had dinner at the bar on two nights and truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The location was also ideal—very close to Chania Airport and just a short trip to the Old Harbor Town. Would definitely stay here again!
Early April it was pretty quiet both at the hotel and in the area, which was nice. Service at the hotel was very friendly and helpful! Food at the restaurant was extremely good, highly recommend trying the a la carte

Additionally, on the last day, we were allowed to keep our backpacks in the luggage storage room until it was time to go to the airport since checkout was in the morning and our flight in the evening
Across the road there was located the beach which was good for long walks. Directly beside the hotel was a bus stop which can take you all the way to the main bus station which we took advantage of
Great hotel rooms good size very clean thhroughout the hotel. Staff approachable & friendly food really tasty with lots of choice. Two pools with bar areas where you can order from the lunch menus
For our first time in Greece we chose Creta Palm for our stay. We were only there for three nights I believe and chose the Bed and Breakfast option which we cannot complain about one bit
Breakfast was repetitive and variety not too big however for three nights, it was alright. Lots of spots were available by the pool where we were able to relax and enjoy the sun
Bar and restaurant staff also very friendly and helpful at all times, cannot thank them enough, making our stay an enjoyable one, Jimmy’s special cocktail is highly recommend
