Lovely hotel, really well positioned for the beach and tavernas. Breakfast good choice. The only two things that let it down, was the view from the balcony of somebodies big knickers on a washing line everyday and the fact that maid left the clean sheets on the top of the bed for us to make up ourselves! We had a lovely holiday at this fine hotel. Great choice of food and a comfortable bedroom. The staff are kind and helpful and the area is delightful. There are critical reviews of this hotel out there but they say more about the writer than the hotel. Yes it is 850 metres from the beach but that information is clearly stated. The price reflects that as well. There is so much to do in the area.

We spent a week at this hotel. We had a room on the 4th floor accross the road from the beach but had a nice sea view. Customer service was very good. I felt the food was mediocre and the rules around the all inclusive package were poor. You can only enjoy non branded vodka and scotch at happy hour or pay for brand name anytime. Not cool for a 3star. The menu was restricted as well!

This is our second visit here. The pool is really nice as its the location next to the beach. The room we had was recently refurbished and all new which was very nice. I think a microwave may have been a useful addition as there is only one ring to cook on. Also there needs to be a frying pan. Just back from a 12 night stay at Eden Beach Hotel with friends and can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. All of the staff were friendly & helpful from the day we arrived and made us feel very welcome. Our one bed apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The hotel is in a fantastic location for the beach and close to many local tavernas & bars. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay here. From the minute we arrived the friendliness blew us away . We were to spend the first week of July 2022 in this lovely hotel but because of the SAS strike in Norway, we got 3,5 extra days. An excellent location in Chania, a few minutes drive from the old town. The apartment is literally on the beach. There are restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff, clean property, lots of dining options in the area. Parking is a little tight, but we managed.

Great stay, and great service Very good service. The hotel is in a nice location with great sea views from bedroom and living room. The only downside was that the shower cubicle was very narrow spaced. The two ladies Tania and Monica were very cordial and cleaned the room everyday.

It was my third time here. Love that place! Comfortable, cozy, clean, close to tavernas, shops, bus station, most beautiful views and on the beach. I stayed 2 weeks here, good bed and rest very well. There is a small smart kitchen corner in the apartment with all necessary you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nelly, thank you again for such a great holiday place!

Beautifully located apartment, walkable distance to a beach and various beach bars. Bus stop across the road and you can take a frequently going bus to central Chania or other beaches. Lots of good bars and restaurants in the area too. Apartment had everything you need with a small kitchen and it was kept clean for us.

Great location overlooking Kalamaki beach and headland. Bathroom shower was super small (2 ft by 2ft) with just a shower curtain that barely stays hanging. Kitchen wasn’t even a kitchen. Small bar fridge, hot plate, and sink in a cabinet. Price was really good, great location and view, with a nice small patio to watch the beach from, but the bathroom and kitchen were a disappointment.

Excellent XSuites! Loved our three - night stay at these superb suites. From our immaculate, luxurious, and spacious suite to the most attentive staff, the experience was a joy from start to finish. Absolutely wonderful hotel, very comfortable beds, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pool area and food service. Can't fault the place, only tiny criticism is the music in the pool area is the same songs played over and over, would be good to have different songs. Would definitely return.

Great value, great location near to everything Ideal for what we needed, large room, comfy beds and all the self catering bits needed. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen. And for the price it was a bargain. Having stayed in aghia marina many times would not have a problem in booking this again.

Great hotel! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had all the equipments we needed. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaning ladies washed the dishes too, which I really appreciated. :) Receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
