Great hotel rooms good size very clean thhroughout the hotel. Staff approachable & friendly food really tasty with lots of choice. Two pools with bar areas where you can order from the lunch menus. We are returning for our 5th visit inn May 2026

For our first time in Greece we chose Creta Palm for our stay. We were only there for three nights I believe and chose the Bed and Breakfast option which we cannot complain about one bit. Theo hotel was calming and relaxed from the minute we arrived. Minutes away from the beach and surrounded by cool little bars and beach side restaurants. The staff were friendly and always happy to help assist you for your daily needs and advise us for day trips. Really a fantastic hotel. Better than expected. The room were perfect with electronic cortrol of locks and lightning. The reception were helpfull, the cleaning of the room of high quality and the breakfast were splended. The staff were helpfull and polite.

A unique hotel of two parts: modern technological rooms and a village part with more traditional rooms. We didn't like the modern room, which design is not for everybody. They are also right above the street and no privacy - neighbour rooms can observe you from the outside and literally anyone from the street has an access right outside your room so can't feel safety when ti keep the window/door open...

We stayed at Thalassa for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The resort was really beautiful with multiple restaurants and a beautiful beach. It was more than perfect. We were welcomed very kindly and warmly. The sea is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in Greece. The atmosphere of the room is amazing. The balcony is huge. Plenty of parking.

Great hotel but pool 18+ Very nice hotel by the beach! great area and sunchairs are included. however it should be stated that the pool is 18+ and by a different establishment but you can buy something (food/drink) to use it

I had a good stay overall — the hotel is in a good location and the staff were helpful. However, there were a few things that could be improved: 1. No complimentary water was provided. 2. There was no shower gel or soap in the room; I had to ask the staff for it. 3. Clean towels were not given every day. The room infrastructure is a bit old but still comfortable. Nice hotel for that price. We had apartament with nice view for a pool and sea. Staff was nice and friendlly. Rooms - need change - hotel outside is very nice. Problem is small bathroom and kitchen . Good food into the resteurant. Loalization on plus.

Outdoors areas are amazing with great pools and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It would be nice to know that a/c is not included, but other than that it's a great hotel for all ages

Nice hotel, great swimming pools. Very nice area. My apartment had two rooms. I didn't pay for air conditioning. The bedroom was stuffy but the second room was quickly aired and I slept in it. I covered the windows exactly and the temperature was bearable. The bathroom is really small and cramped but you can get used to it. The room is not as shabby as they describe here. The kitchen is one burner...

The hotel was perfect. The location was so good. Only 5min to walk to the beach or to the nice restaurants. The staff was very frendly. Everything went good with them. In the hotel area was so many cutes cats. They were so friendly too and they were well taken care of. I could visit again anytime.

Nice hotel, good location. The deluxe 2-bed apartment was ideal for our family holiday. Kitchenette was good enough to make tea/coffee and keep drinks cool in the fridge. All clean. Good pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Maybe a bit of maintenance was required in the room: couple of light switches not working reliably. Excellent location for all the tavernas on the main street and the beach.

Beautiful hotel but poorly designed bathroom in our apartment. Pool was ice-cold (we went last week of the season though). Other than that, beautiful stay!

Overall a nice hotel. Breakfast is not included, which would be nice. Rooms are a little worn, but with nice facilities. Nice location next to the beach and a couple of stores and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel, right next to the sandy beach. The dedicated sun beds on both the beach and by the pool were of high quality. The rooms were also nice, with small kitchens equipped with everything you need for making food. The location was perfectly placed next to a shopping and dining street with all conceivable options available close by. We opted to not have breakfast included and didn't miss anything...

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Food is delicious, especially desserts :) eating evening time at beach restaurant is sooo romantic :) 100% I recommend this hotel. Positioned at the main street of Platanias but you can't hear the noise when at the pool or beach. Nice playground for kids.

I booked this hotel myself, not through a travel agency. I read reviews and viewed photos, and I must admit that the hotel looks much better than in the photos, and we had a wonderful stay! We stayed eight nights and everything was great! The service, the delicious breakfast, the small but adequate gym, and above all, the location right on the beach, close to many attractions, yet in a very quiet area...

Went her with my family in July 2025 and the hotel did not disappoint. They did try to put us in a family room even though we had booked to separate hotel rooms but that was sorted out after the first night. The hotel has a unique location/area with a part of the beach that feels private. I walk along the beach and looked at all the other hotels and Geraniotis stands out with their open green area...

Tourism is big business on Crete and the team running the Geraniotis have figured out how to make the most of it. The main Platanias village on a hill is a 15 minute walk and Chania is 30 minutes away on regular crowded buses (with a stop right outside). The hotel is well designed: two-storey, white, vaguely Arab-style buildings with lots of grassy areas, flowerbeds and trees. The rooms are functional...

It is worth buying family apartment typ de lux number 165 because it was worth the price. High standarts of ccleanliness,very goog food(regional green products👏).The beach place wonderfull(UNCROWDED,grassy beach of hotel and sand /gravel beach with turtle nests and sea lilies-NATURE 2000.They are no loud animatora and loud disco.There is atmospheric live music(e.g.greek and…swing👌).We recommend this...
