Staff work hard. Seemed short of staff at times, as queues for the bar especially at peak times with one person serving. Really a fantastic hotel. Better than expected. The room were perfect with electronic cortrol of locks and lightning. The reception were helpfull, the cleaning of the room of high quality and the breakfast were splended. The staff were helpfull and polite.

A unique hotel of two parts: modern technological rooms and a village part with more traditional rooms. We didn't like the modern room, which design is not for everybody. They are also right above the street and no privacy - neighbour rooms can observe you from the outside and literally anyone from the street has an access right outside your room so can't feel safety when ti keep the window/door open...

Reserved hotel at 3/2023 for 2 families and asked rooms next to each other via email. When we arrived to hotel 9/2023 they said that this is not possible since hotel is full. Excellent stay, affordable and clean. Room was comfortable and easy to access. The breakfast bar was a nice treat. Hotel felt geared to older crowd, we are late 30s and were youngest in the pool and breakfast by far. Visited in October so maybe the time of year.

We stayed at Thalassa for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The resort was really beautiful with multiple restaurants and a beautiful beach. They also plan multiple activities such as having a singer at the hotel bar. The food was also really good with a lot of choices. Our room was really big, Much more than I expected.

The structure, for the external part, is really very beautiful, with large spaces and a beautiful beach. The two swimming pools are basically only usable by children, since they are not very big. The rooms leave much to be desired in terms of comfort: we stayed in the residence area and they are very spartan (small wardrobe for 4, uncomfortable beds).

We had a lovely week at Aetheras Beach, Dimitris took care of us in an excellent way.
