The hotel is in the center, clean and the room is big. The only problem is the noise sometimes, which you can expect beeing in the center. The problem is that you can hear the neighboring rooms, talking and footsteps seem like they are in the same room, especially at night. All in all a good place to stay, but would not recomend if you are not a heavy sleeper.

The apartments are perfect and extra arranged. They are stylish and different from others! Hygiene is flawless and high. The bosses referred to every detail and the result is phenomenal. Small, cozy and clean.. Since the hotel is between the port side and the main street, you can park by the port and walk to the hotel.. It's 5-8 min away from the 'cool' part of the seaside with bunch of restaurants..

Okay for a short stay. Good location and nice, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms - okay. Extremely tiny, the sink was blocked, and the shower was leaking. The door in the shower was half broken. The breakfast was way too expensive for the things we got. Definitely NOT recommend to order breakfast in the hotel. It was just an egg with few slices of cheese, few pieces of cucumbers and the rest - difference...

Rooms are not very clean , reception lady was not very friendly,location was good Toilet and bathroom is very small ,we were forced to plug out the fridge in order to avoid listening to the loud noise during the night

It's a good hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are relateble to the prices. All basic things for a stay are available. Probably it would be better if the owners put some mosquito nets on the windows. We had a little problems at night because of this but generally we spent a nice time.

Very nice place with a very artistic lobby, where you can meet anyone you wish (even for professional reasons). The paintings of the famous Greek painter and engraver Takis Tsentemaidis provide a superb quality at the place!

We had a lovely time here , the room was cleaned every day and the staff were helpful and kind! If you are looking for peace and quiet at night and are travelling with children, who go to bed earlier, this is the wrong place for you. The name suggests that it is a family hotel - but we are currently the only ones here with children. The friendly staff and the cleanliness are worth mentioning - everything is perfect. The rooms are also modern and well-kept. But if they "forgot" to put up insulation...

Lovely apartments, in quiet and friendly town. The apartments are a bit small but really well equiped. We were on the ground floor and a corner, which meant we had a small terrace. Very friendly and helpful people whom do everything to help you. It is near the "big" road to Nikiti, so you can hear the traffic, but if you close the big door at night, it shuts off most of the noice.

I cannot believe this is 3 star, it is better than a lots of the 5* resorts I have been to. Let’s begin - the rooms are big, cleaned regularly and well equipped. Ms Katerina Argyrou, we were staying in Paraktio hotel too. You better pay attention to the fact that you are not the only one accommodated in. You have left your dog alone and it was disturbing entire hotel being nervous and noisy. We went together with the manager on duty and all he did is to open the room door. The dog relaxed and we were able to fall asleep.. I highly disagree with your statement...

Is the second time ,when me and my wife come here . Peaceful and quiet place with very friendly staff ! Rooms are very clean and room service is at high standards. I recently stayed in a regular comfort room with my 12 yr old son. I had to ask him to sleep on the side bed (next to the kitchen sink) because the two of us in the “big” bed was just too tight. They really could put regular queen sized beds in the rooms, what they have is definitely smaller (twin size I think) and two grown adults really wouldn’t be comfortable here. I’ve seen families with two adults...

Positive things: very kind staff, free parking, location in front of the sea. Negative: small rooms for families, and not so clean. Not worth for the money you pay Information: big rocks in the entrance of the sea, not so good for swimming.

The outside look of the villa is very modern and stylish. We got a double room on the ground floor which was pretty spacious and clean. The location was perfect because it s like 2 meters away from the beach. Parking was available in the big yard right next to the villa.

We spent a really relaxing time in Cavo Blue, true break from Corona/jobs/stressful everyday life. The apartment was cozy, well decorated, clean, had everything you might need for 10 days holiday. The hotel was excellent in all perspectives! The room was really clean, the owners were always helpful, available and polite. We had zero issues during our stay and the location is also great! There are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is 5 minutes on foot as well!

The review is for restaurant. Yesterday we went to Nea Peramos and walked along the seafront full of terraces. We stopped at the Mira Mare terrace for lunch. It was a pleasant experience, the service was quite fast, I ate the tastiest grilled sardines in the area, acceptable prices.

Kind people and good food and plates, if not for the chaos while ordering. Needs more organized management and english speaking personal for the holidays... We had the salad Mia mare and it was very tasty. Goes great with the spinach balls and ouzo. I would give it 5 stars if not for the service.

I could tell from the people's energies that own and work for this hotel we would have a relaxing and wonderful stay. A hidden gem for Peramos , when I first arrived a year and a half ago I didn't know that this was a hotel I just had a coffee when it was spring in Greece . Nice hotel with private beach, spacious rooms and great view. The restaurant of the hotel is a must try. The food is always fresh, usually catched by the owner. And if you want to have a drink when the night is still young, there is a bar just for you in the hotel. Internet and game room are also available.

We had two apartments on the first floor that were clean, spacious, with nice balconies. The pool is great. In the pool bar you can order excellently prepared light meals and refreshing drinks and enjoy the shade of olive trees. Your car is safely parked inside the yard or in front in the spacious parking lot. The hosts are friendly and professional. A nice beach is a 3-minute walk away. The only downside...

Very competitive price for a hotel in the center of very interesting town of Xanthi. We had clean room with very nice and big terrace. Almost everything needed is on the walking distance, supermarket, bakery etc. Also, parking is provided in front of the hotel.

We spent 3 full days of our 4-night, 5-day Thassos holiday here. We tried to explore different places each morning, but everywhere we went was either too crowded or extremely expensive. But it's right in the middle of Kassandra and Sithonia, so if you have a car, is a great base to adventure from. We had a very relaxing 8 night stay at Kopsis. Rooms are not very big, but that was not a problem at all because we spent days in nice yard and beach and nights on big terrace with great view. Nice and quiet. It's very clean. The breakfast is open bar. There is a beach near and they have some free beach chairs for guests. The only down thing would be that there are no places to eat where to go on foot. Machine transportation is a must. Neos Marmaras is 5 minutes away, by car, and has some awsome taverns with Greek food.
