We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. It is located perfectly right next to the beach making travel to the beach and the restaurants stress free. The owner of the hotel is an absolute gentleman really caring for his guests and going out of his way to make them happy by providing drinks, inflatables for the pool. He makes a banging frapey in the morning The hotel room was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The pool is stunning after a long day at the beach to unwind and to cool off in the pool. Thank you so much for making our little holiday perfect! I highly recommend!

Our 1st time at Kipos Resort, we were absolutely delighted!! Clean and well-kept rooms, helpful and polite staff, we highly recommend it!!

The room was durty and there was over 30 mosquitoes and 3 spiders waiting for someone. We didn’t use the shower at all because whole bathroom was very dirty and full of dead mosquitoes not cleaned at all. The hotel is very overpriced for the quality and the service that provides. Last but not least at the main entrance of the hotel there was a snake all night and no one did anything so kids not to be afraid off. Definitely not recommend this place, we stayed just one night and it was the worst ever experience in Greek hotel.

The place is far from the crowd, near to the beach and the street with taverns. Big room with very nice terrace. The hostes are kind. For sure we are coming back.

Nice and quiet place at the end of Nea Peramos. Really good for relax. Lovely people, good hygiene and good rooms. Its refreshing to drink a coffee or orange juice close the pool. Breakfast is rich and good. I recommend.

Great host, good rooms, good services, nice location, nice pool, but not so big, very close to the beach. U can make bbq. Sheets and towels changed every to days, nice locatoin, rooms with balcony and bathroom.
