5 out of 5 for this location and i say this vecause we went 2 years in the same place. Thats how much we liked it! Very clean, very cosy, very friendly people. Beach as name say is 2 step from building

The best hotel and restaurant on the coast of Polychrono!!! And the food in the restaurant is probably the best on the coast!!! The service is excellent.

We have tried other tavernas nearby at first two nights and dined at Amfora for three nights. Amfora offers by far the best food quality for it's price compared to other tavernas

They look like they love their job which in my opinion requires a special thanks to them and hotel management for providing good working conditions

On our last day, they were so kind to let us stay a few hours longer so our child could have a good nap before the trip — we are very grateful

The owners are super positive and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a common sitting area by the swimming pool has a very good atmosphere, nice to chill. It is quite close to the center and the sea

The ladies who clean the rooms really do their BEST every day — they clean every part of the room thoroughly and provide fresh towels daily

Every morning when we came back, the room felt like the first time we walked in — perfectly clean and fresh. All the other staff (including receptionists) were also very friendly and helpful

Very good place! We didn’t have a reservation and booked the room on the spot. The hotel has a pool which is nice. The rooms were very spacious with multiple beds, mirror, table, and amazing lighting

Summer Dream Hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was great, the rooms were spotless, and the pool was amazing. The beach is close by, and everything you need is within easy reach

The balconies were smaller, but nice. The food is a regular hotel-breakfast food, many varieties, except fresh fruit and drinks. They have 5-6 cats at the place and they were so cute, but very boring during breakfast

Breakfast good enough to start your day (omelets, butter, honey, jam, cereals, fruits, etc). Unfortunately the coffee was not that good

The double room bed was large enough for all 3 of us. Towels and bedsheets were changed every two days. Cleaning personnel coming everyday to get the garbage, refill toiletries, having the bed done

The pool, garden, sunbeds, everything outside was neat cared for everyday. The restaurant did not have a big variety menu, but everything we tried was delicious (gyros, salads, pizza, pasta)

Places to eat - at the location, at Villas Seaside Lounge&Restaurant (walking distance) or in nearby towns (Hanioti, Polychrono, etc) which imply a few minutes drive

The room had a kettle and coffee sachets so if you want tea then take teabags ! There was a small but efficient fridge in the room and the bathroom had a good shower

The Hotel owners and staff are wonderful,very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, good buffet choice for breakfast Hotel just a very short walk to the beach and many local “tourist” shops

It’s the ideal spot for a good nights sleep and for a quiet and leisurely breakfast on the hotel terrace. The breakfast menu is extensive and of a high quality, the Greek yogurt is to die for

Service, food, cleanliness are at an excellent level. The owner of the hotel cooks in the restaurant, very tasty. The hotel is small, new and cozy, located is near in the city center

The fact that you can have breakfast outside in the open was charming. It gives you the space you need. Clean white table covers every time. Flowers and green trees around you. The rooms were cleaned every day

Plus great location, right on the beach and jet on a walking distance from markets, restaurants and bars. The owners were pleasent and helpful

I recently stayed in a regular comfort room with my 12 yr old son. I had to ask him to sleep on the side bed (next to the kitchen sink) because the two of us in the “big” bed was just too tight

They really could put regular queen sized beds in the rooms, what they have is definitely smaller (twin size I think) and two grown adults really wouldn’t be comfortable here

On top of that fun part, the people who have the ground room next to yours always decide it’s a good idea to just cut across your terrace/grass area in order to get to theirs, as “a shortcut,” bringing along all their sand and dirt on your porch, instead of walking the extra 5 steps to their door around the corner, like decent human beings

The location is great, right on the beach, and it’s especially nice of course if you get the sea view rooms, which there are only 4 (two on bottom floor, two on the second floor) in the first building in the front

While you’re trying to enjoy your privacy, and sea view, you are sitting literally by the entrance walkway to the complex, so everyone who passes by must look at you and what you’re eating

We had a fantastic room which was well appointed and with big balcony , with a king size bed and excellent shower room. There were uninterrupted views of the sea from our balcony

The room and hotel are very clean. The bathroom is clean and hotel offers wifi. The owner is very nice and friendly. The hotel is great for your vacation

Lovely place, clean with an amazing view of the coast below. Staff were very friendly and polite! Pet friendly; our dog was very happy too.

There was a courtesy shuttle bus to take you into next town although we used local bus to go into larger town approx 6 stops on

Rooms were of a nice size and cleaned daily. The water was clear although small area of rocks

I noticed several families during our stay, and the hotel seems to cater well to them. The kids’ areas looked safe and the staff were patient and kind with children. The environment felt comfortable for all ages.

The staff were always present when needed but never pushy. Whether at the bar, reception or restaurant, they handled everything politely and efficiently. It made the experience feel effortless.

One of the best hotels in Halkidiki Our second stay at crystal villa. It is an outstanding beach hotel, sort of boutique but not at the expense of quality or the range of services and amenities

We mentioned to the receptionist that we will be checking out next day at 6am to drive to the airport, which was before breakfast could be open, and in one hour she brought us a bag with sandwiches and fruits for our trip next morning

We were in summer vacation in Polichrono and while we were walking we saw this villas and decided to visit in june next year. I must say that it is the most beautiful and organised place i’ve ever been in Greece

There are 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and one living room that is connected with the outside pool. The yard and surroundings just need more trees

Very lovely staff always polite with a smile, excellent gym and delicious breakfast, comfortable room and they even had weighing scales in the room!!! Cannot fault this hotel in any way

The breakfast was just amazing, and I am so fussy with food! We had a meal at the hotel on our last night, which was delicious. Opposite is Champions, which do the best gyros for €4

Our last day there were folks trying to set up their umbrellas. Poor guy working the beach for the hotel had to deal with so much while trying to tell people they can’t set up their chairs there

The only things I would point out, but not a complaint, as this is not self catering, the fridge is small so a rotation system for drinks is required! Also ensure you book a side Seaview room

We experienced the stay as very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and varied and was served for you, which we also experienced positively and not at all uncomfortable
