The breakfast was just amazing, and I am so fussy with food! We had a meal at the hotel on our last night, which was delicious. Opposite is Champions, which do the best gyros for €4

The balcony was spacious and we enjoyed a bottle of prosecco each night people watching! I would recommend the bar Kudo, left of the hotel, to watch the sun set

I have been to Greece and the Islands at least 20 times. I can honestly say that this hotel and area is amazing. The beds are so comfy and proper hotel pillows

I can't leave this review without mentioning Terri. He is an absolute legend in my eyes, cannot do enough for you and an absolute asset to the hotel

There was no issue with noise, and we were right by the restaurant *room 105

The only things I would point out, but not a complaint, as this is not self catering, the fridge is small so a rotation system for drinks is required! Also ensure you book a side Seaview room

The ladies who clean the rooms really do their BEST every day — they clean every part of the room thoroughly and provide fresh towels daily

The space to deposit things is small. The bathroom is not very large and it needs renovation. The hotel is close to the beach, the pool was clean and there are plenty sunbeds

The location is very close to the beach, the rooms are comfortable, towels are changed daily, the breakfast is not very pretentious but it is sufficient.

The pool, garden, sunbeds, everything outside was neat cared for everyday. The restaurant did not have a big variety menu, but everything we tried was delicious (gyros, salads, pizza, pasta)

The double room bed was large enough for all 3 of us. Towels and bedsheets were changed every two days. Cleaning personnel coming everyday to get the garbage, refill toiletries, having the bed done

Location is near to the beach (almost 5 minutes walk), but the beach and the water have lots of pebbles. We found a beautiful beach at 20 minutes drive, Paliouri beach - perfect for families

Breakfast good enough to start your day (omelets, butter, honey, jam, cereals, fruits, etc). Unfortunately the coffee was not that good

Places to eat - at the location, at Villas Seaside Lounge&Restaurant (walking distance) or in nearby towns (Hanioti, Polychrono, etc) which imply a few minutes drive

Breakfast was a very good selection and the cafe bar and restaurant served good food and drink for lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices

Good day! The hotel has a great location in relation to the sea, to the center, to supermarkets, to the bus stop from/to Thessaloniki (if you get there "on your own" like me from the Thessaloniki airport by bus: to Ikeya, to KTEL Chalkidiki, Polychrono

We are visiting this hotel for a second time its located in 2.5 minutes from the beach, the personal is very helpful and professional. Breakfast is very delicious. For sure will be back here again

While reading reviews before our stay, we noticed that some guests complained about the breakfast, but in our opinion, that is absolutely not true – of course, it always depends on expectations

We were even allowed to check in two to three hours earlier than planned, which meant a lot since we were traveling with children. All in all, we can only give the highest praise to the hotel and its staff

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a large kitchen, a separate bedroom, a big living room, and even two balconies. We were really satisfied with our stay

We stayed at **Royal Hotel & Suites in Polichrono, Chalkidiki** as a group of six, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel is all-inclusive, with modern, comfortable rooms that are cleaned every day

I noticed several families during our stay, and the hotel seems to cater well to them. The kids’ areas looked safe and the staff were patient and kind with children. The environment felt comfortable for all ages.

There are 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and one living room that is connected with the outside pool. The yard and surroundings just need more trees

For guests all facilities are free and for somebody from outside to take the sunbed on the beach bar you’ll have only to take something from menu

We visited here to use the pool and the beach, the beach is lovely with clear water and sand, the pool and sun beds are lovely

We mentioned to the receptionist that we will be checking out next day at 6am to drive to the airport, which was before breakfast could be open, and in one hour she brought us a bag with sandwiches and fruits for our trip next morning

We were in summer vacation in Polichrono and while we were walking we saw this villas and decided to visit in june next year. I must say that it is the most beautiful and organised place i’ve ever been in Greece

The beach and restaurants are a steady 10 minute walk from the hotel. On our last day Penny provided us with packed lunch as we were leaving before breakfast. I would recommend this hotel
