I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the pool area was definitely one of the highlights. It was always clean, quiet, and very well organized. Great location with some lovely friendly staff. We stayed in the new block, so had a lovely apartment, situated above those, with their own pools. There was an extension to this block, being built when we were there. We enjoyed the food. In addition to the buffet there was a fresh grill area, that served freshly cooked meat and seafood, and pasta dishes. There was also a separate grill area near the pool,that offered burgers, Gyros etc, during the day. Alcohol was mixed. Beer was okay served in small glasses. White wine and red wine were drinkable. The Rosé not so much. Local Brandy and Ouzo were fine. A G&T, so so. The cocktails came out a machine ( as did the gin and vodka ) They were brightly coloured and mostly tasted the same, I tried one of each, on the first day and didn’t finish one. Absolutely awful. They really let the hotel down. The pool was fine, apart from the tiles being green around the top. They need to up their game, re pool maintenance. Grounds were lovely and spacious. Location great for town. Really enjoyed the beach, some great bars you can hire sun beds from. Much cheaper than the hotel beach bar. I would recommend getting the bus, from the stop, 5-10 minutes, from the hotel, to visit Afytos, a beautiful town. We went there a few times. Overall an enjoyable holiday. We would consider returning.

Our vacation was truly amazing, nestled among the lush green hills and just a short distance from the crystal-clear waters of Polychrono! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking refreshing swims at one of Halkidiki's best beaches, the Blue Flag-awarded Polychrono Beach. Rejuvenating under the warm Greek sun with a cocktail from the pool bar was a highlight, and the traditional Mediterranean dishes at the Symposium restaurant were delicious. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay. We are a Dutch family of five adults and stayed at the hotel for a week in early August. We departed from Germany and traveled overnight, arriving at the hotel around 6:30 a.m. Upon check-in, the rooms were not ready yet, but we were given the opportunity to store our luggage centrally. That was well arranged, however, at the reception we were informed that we could not use the breakfast. The all-inclusive concept would only start at 10:00 a.m. We were stunned and sent into the village, where we had a sandwich and a cup of coffee at a local bakery. We have stayed at quite a few all-inclusive hotels before, but this was the first time we were treated this way upon arrival. The receptionist’s only response was that this was the protocol.
The hotel is rather small-scale and looks very neat, the rooms are clean and well maintained. Due to its limited capacity, it does not feel hectic, which is also noticeable in the restaurant. The swimming pool is on the small side, so sunbeds are quickly taken. The hotel is located slightly off the main road, accessible via a small street. Behind the hotel there is a spacious parking area, which is very convenient for the rented car.
The staff in the restaurant are all very friendly, but the buffet selection is somewhat monotonous. However, there is a separate grill station, which is certainly a welcome addition. Drinks at the bar – cocktails/beer – are dispensed from a machine and in our opinion of very poor quality. Within the all-inclusive concept, a distinction is also made between the regular all-inclusive and the premium option, which meant that not all drinks on the menu were included without an additional charge.
We had a fantastic holiday here, but mainly because we explored the islands and the beautiful villages ourselves by car. Having your own transport is truly a must in order to discover what Chalkidiki has to offer. The all-inclusive experience, as we encountered it here, was disappointing compared to what we are used to from previous stays.
