5 out of 5 for this location and i say this vecause we went 2 years in the same place. Thats how much we liked it! Very clean, very cosy, very friendly people. Beach as name say is 2 step from building
Fresh towels for the beach were brought every day. Both chairs and umbrellas were free and very comfortable. The evening buffet was very small during our stay but still everything was delicious

We have stayed at Sea Level Hotel with my wife for 6 nights in June 2024. We have particularly stayed at this hotel because of its private beach and the fact that it is adult only

The owners are super positive and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a common sitting area by the swimming pool has a very good atmosphere, nice to chill. It is quite close to the center and the sea
We loved spending time on the spacious terrace, which offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight, with a rich selection of Balkan dishes that catered to every taste
Every morning when we came back, the room felt like the first time we walked in — perfectly clean and fresh. All the other staff (including receptionists) were also very friendly and helpful

The location is perfect, and the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. I absolutely loved the place, felt so comfortable in the rooms, and I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!
Big comfortable rooms, nice and tidy 2. Location is 10/10 everything within 2/3mins walk 3. Breakfast is great and much to chose from, especially the fruit salads 4

The balconies were smaller, but nice. The food is a regular hotel-breakfast food, many varieties, except fresh fruit and drinks. They have 5-6 cats at the place and they were so cute, but very boring during breakfast

Places to eat - at the location, at Villas Seaside Lounge&Restaurant (walking distance) or in nearby towns (Hanioti, Polychrono, etc) which imply a few minutes drive
The double room bed was large enough for all 3 of us. Towels and bedsheets were changed every two days. Cleaning personnel coming everyday to get the garbage, refill toiletries, having the bed done
The pool, garden, sunbeds, everything outside was neat cared for everyday. The restaurant did not have a big variety menu, but everything we tried was delicious (gyros, salads, pizza, pasta)
Breakfast good enough to start your day (omelets, butter, honey, jam, cereals, fruits, etc). Unfortunately the coffee was not that good
Breakfast was a very good selection and the cafe bar and restaurant served good food and drink for lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices
Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful part of the world.

The location is great, right on the beach, and it’s especially nice of course if you get the sea view rooms, which there are only 4 (two on bottom floor, two on the second floor) in the first building in the front
While you’re trying to enjoy your privacy, and sea view, you are sitting literally by the entrance walkway to the complex, so everyone who passes by must look at you and what you’re eating
The rooms are tiny so if you’re a big family be ready to be crammed a bit… The positives: The rooms are nice and modern, and clean. We did have some spiders on the walls, but ok
Yes they have Family rooms but really the only difference is that this one side/single bed has a bed underneath that comes out to make another single Marta’s basically
I’ve seen families with two adults and a child stay at this place, but not sure how their sleep went
There is a downside to getting the “nice” room on the ground floor

Breakfast is very delicious and you can have it on the terrace with an unobstructed view to the beautiful sea. There are free sunbeds in front of the hotel
This however will also depend on the exact room you're staying in. The seawater is very nice and clean
The bathroom is a little small bu it is ok. The room has a beautiful view of the sea. There is a terrace to see outside. Our room was already cooled by the staff when we came in
Staff is exceptional and very kind! Especially Safaaldin who is friendly, professional and helpful - he always does his best to make your stay even more enjoyable! The place is clean and well maintained

We had a fantastic room which was well appointed and with big balcony , with a king size bed and excellent shower room. There were uninterrupted views of the sea from our balcony

The rooms with the sea view are more quieter than the ones without and they lead to the back so therefore is less noise. Very close to the beach, restaurants and main shops
The road nearby was busier than I expected but from there you could easily go to other towns or beaches. It was a nice 3-day stay and we enjoyed the balconies with a sea view the most

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The restaurant offered tasty dishes at very fair prices, making dining an enjoyable part of our trip
I noticed several families during our stay, and the hotel seems to cater well to them. The kids’ areas looked safe and the staff were patient and kind with children. The environment felt comfortable for all ages.
The staff were always present when needed but never pushy. Whether at the bar, reception or restaurant, they handled everything politely and efficiently. It made the experience feel effortless.
It was the perfect place to unwind in the afternoon with pleasant music and a laid-back atmosphere. Overall, it contributed to a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay

We mentioned to the receptionist that we will be checking out next day at 6am to drive to the airport, which was before breakfast could be open, and in one hour she brought us a bag with sandwiches and fruits for our trip next morning
We were in summer vacation in Polichrono and while we were walking we saw this villas and decided to visit in june next year. I must say that it is the most beautiful and organised place i’ve ever been in Greece
One of the best hotels in Halkidiki Our second stay at crystal villa. It is an outstanding beach hotel, sort of boutique but not at the expense of quality or the range of services and amenities
Perfect place! Super service! Very quiet and beautiful beach , nice music , good food. Medium prices on the beach, the rooms are little expensive , but worth every penny anyway
There are 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and one living room that is connected with the outside pool. The yard and surroundings just need more trees
For guests all facilities are free and for somebody from outside to take the sunbed on the beach bar you’ll have only to take something from menu

The only things I would point out, but not a complaint, as this is not self catering, the fridge is small so a rotation system for drinks is required! Also ensure you book a side Seaview room
Still paid for the convenience but miss the old chairs which were more on par with what the beach bars offer. One recommendation would be for signs to go up around the hotel beach area
The breakfast was just amazing, and I am so fussy with food! We had a meal at the hotel on our last night, which was delicious. Opposite is Champions, which do the best gyros for €4
Rooms are wonderful, clean, comfortable. Beach is perfect, right there. You don’t have to go anywhere. In 2023 beach chairs were free, with purchase or food/drinks
The balcony was spacious and we enjoyed a bottle of prosecco each night people watching! I would recommend the bar Kudo, left of the hotel, to watch the sun set
I have been to Greece and the Islands at least 20 times. I can honestly say that this hotel and area is amazing. The beds are so comfy and proper hotel pillows

Only a few steps away from the beach, Theramvos studios are great for family holidays
Very neat and tidy, the apartments are fully equipped with cooking facilities, Aircon, safe, double glazed windows which keep out the heat and shutters for a completely blacked-out sleep
