Every morning when we came back, the room felt like the first time we walked in — perfectly clean and fresh. All the other staff (including receptionists) were also very friendly and helpful

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is amazing, the pool is very clean, the staff is very friendly and makes the customers feel welcome, they even prepared a gift for us when we left

Very nice of them and we thank them for this. The beach is very close, the bazaar is on the corner and many shops around. Lots of restaurants on the beach with delicious food

On our last day, they were so kind to let us stay a few hours longer so our child could have a good nap before the trip — we are very grateful

The double room bed was large enough for all 3 of us. Towels and bedsheets were changed every two days. Cleaning personnel coming everyday to get the garbage, refill toiletries, having the bed done

The pool, garden, sunbeds, everything outside was neat cared for everyday. The restaurant did not have a big variety menu, but everything we tried was delicious (gyros, salads, pizza, pasta)

Breakfast good enough to start your day (omelets, butter, honey, jam, cereals, fruits, etc). Unfortunately the coffee was not that good

Places to eat - at the location, at Villas Seaside Lounge&Restaurant (walking distance) or in nearby towns (Hanioti, Polychrono, etc) which imply a few minutes drive

Breakfast was a very good selection and the cafe bar and restaurant served good food and drink for lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices

Amazing hotel for the price, very clean, renovated recently, location is perfect because every known place in halkidiki is accessible within an hour. And the stuff is incredibly attentive!!!

The hotel is top for his price. The breakfast is very good but the meat products are very poor quality. The room is small but you don't need more for 2 people. The ac was good to escape from the heat

The fact that you can have breakfast outside in the open was charming. It gives you the space you need. Clean white table covers every time. Flowers and green trees around you. The rooms were cleaned every day

Our room was well proportioned, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was powerful and the air conditioning was efficient and very quiet. Bed linen and towels were changed every other day

It’s the ideal spot for a good nights sleep and for a quiet and leisurely breakfast on the hotel terrace. The breakfast menu is extensive and of a high quality, the Greek yogurt is to die for

We stayed at **Royal Hotel & Suites in Polichrono, Chalkidiki** as a group of six, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel is all-inclusive, with modern, comfortable rooms that are cleaned every day

I noticed several families during our stay, and the hotel seems to cater well to them. The kids’ areas looked safe and the staff were patient and kind with children. The environment felt comfortable for all ages.

The staff were always present when needed but never pushy. Whether at the bar, reception or restaurant, they handled everything politely and efficiently. It made the experience feel effortless.

The only things I would point out, but not a complaint, as this is not self catering, the fridge is small so a rotation system for drinks is required! Also ensure you book a side Seaview room

Still paid for the convenience but miss the old chairs which were more on par with what the beach bars offer. One recommendation would be for signs to go up around the hotel beach area

The breakfast was just amazing, and I am so fussy with food! We had a meal at the hotel on our last night, which was delicious. Opposite is Champions, which do the best gyros for €4

Rooms are wonderful, clean, comfortable. Beach is perfect, right there. You don’t have to go anywhere. In 2023 beach chairs were free, with purchase or food/drinks

The balcony was spacious and we enjoyed a bottle of prosecco each night people watching! I would recommend the bar Kudo, left of the hotel, to watch the sun set

Lovely little boutique hotel, Penny and pedro were lovely hosts. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Fantastic breakfast every morning. The rooms were spacious, very comfy beds and pillows

The beach and restaurants are a steady 10 minute walk from the hotel. On our last day Penny provided us with packed lunch as we were leaving before breakfast. I would recommend this hotel
