The whole experience was incredible, a very fun holiday with my family, firstly they have many different hotels, all connected to each other making one huge resort, experiences and academies: water-sports, tennis, football, biking, and much more, experiences: The Bee Spot which lets you get close up with bees and teaches you about them, the Sani Treetop Adventure, Many different levels of difficulty...

Good,evan very good, luxury place. But it is very snobbish and pretentious. They close all of the beach. Price for people that is not in the hotel is 80 euro per sunbed. I think this is not ethical and may not be legal.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Sani Club. Our beachfront villa with private pool was perfect, and the service was exceptional — from Mikael at the pool to our amazing concierge Alex

Food was great, best is to avoid peak hours at the restaurant. Sea was perfect for the kids as it starts real shallow and they can play with little supervision

However, we were surprised and frustrated to learn that even water at dinner costs €3, which feels unreasonable when you're already on a meal plan. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean and serviceable

We went the the hotel for a 5 day vacation break. Hotel surroundings were great. You feel the nature everywhere, have complete serenity and wake up with birds humming

On a positive note, Dmitrij at reception was fantastic—professional, kind, and always ready to help. The food was very good (we had half board), with a wide selection and good quality

There was no real evening entertainment, just a kids' mini disco that our 5-year-old didn’t enjoy at all. The animation team did try hard and deserve credit for their energy

While we understand it’s a national tax and not the hotel’s fault, it still felt excessive and added to our disappointment. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 4 stars

We loved that everything was within walking distance, including the beautiful marina and pristine beach

Everything about Porto Sani was welcoming and considered which made for a fantastic and relaxing first family holiday - it didn't feel like simply parenting abroad, with the setup (quality cots, baby monitor, prams, good blackout curtains, spacious rooms, children's cutlery, creche, "babe watch" at the beach), attention to detail and care, taking much of the usual strain so we could all properly relax...

The room we stayed in was luxurious which was room 215, equipped with all the high-end amenities you would expect from a top-tier resort. Porto Sani is a perfect destination for families

Truly a 5-star experience - a luxury for both the parents and the children. The pools were exceptional and the private beach with towel service was a luxury

A special shout-out to our personal concierge Demetrios, Angela at Sea Breeze bar, Diana and Albi at Artemis and the team at Elia for making our stay such a personalised and enjoyable one

We were on half board so were able to eat at most restaurants using the dine around set menu, however we also ate at others without the set menus where the small allowance of 25 euros per person would be deducted from your bill

Also live very professional entertainment every evening, we just attended one as we mostly slept, ate and relaxed. There are some 26 restaurants to choose from

There are numerous activities including daily Pilates classes which one of us enjoyed! Padi diving, top class tennis courts and instructors but no golf

5 star prices however the level of service (thank you Aria) the standard of the facilities and quality of food exceeded expectations

Most starters were in excess of 25 euros. One of our favourite restaurants was called Elia led by a particularly brilliant charismatic manager. Although I believe the resort was close to full you never felt that it was

Overall, Sani Dunes Resort provided an unforgettable experience with exceptional service, comfort, and convenience. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat!

A unique place into the nature with amazing view in Aegean sea. The hospitality and service were great. Spacious rooms and new facilities. Furthermore, rooms were super clean and the staff was helpful and friendly

- A really Nice boutique residence close Sani beaches, marina and restaurants. - Flats are cosy and well fitted out. Ours located on 1st floor offered us an amazing views to sunsets

the grounds are beautiful with the pool and garden, great view of the Mount Olympus, the Sani bay, rich home-made breakfast. Looking forward to stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sanidiamonds ! We stayed at Apartment A2. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

The only thing that is really good is the beach which is clean in the most parts and the sea which is beautifully crystal clear

It is near the beach just 100 m. Nea Potidea is peaceful place with few shops and if you want to buy something more you have to go to Nea Moudania but it's very close and you have a lot of buses during the day

The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist Afroditi; for the price the hotel is solid, the food was tasty and the beach is very close.

Not really what I expected for this much money. The room was small, the bathroom as well and the balcony was too small. The swimming pool is ok but the working hours are unsuitable for small kids who sleep during the day

Beautiful garden with many sitting options outside, amazing view to sea. The house is tastefully furnished and got everything one needs. Stella is a such a nice person and is the best hostess

A great little gem right on the beach

The hotel is spotless, the Spa is wonderful, especially the indoor pool (which we used when there was a rare storm!) The food was amazing and special mention to the Chef who walked me round everything to point out all the plant based options and on the Italian night kindly made me a separate marinara pizza without cheese

It is the 9th time - in the last 3 years - that I have returned with my family! The hotel more than deserves its name of SPA and its 5 stars! My little girls love it, the breakfast with fresh and so many fruits, the dinners, in the evening, with prepared meals as if you were spoiling a good friend invited to the table! I highly recommend a therapeutic massage with Antonios Tsilidis for those who need...

The evening entertainment was enjoyable, we were there in a week where there were a couple of good singers and we watched the light/water show twice

Our stay at Elani Beach Resort left us with mixed feelings. The natural surroundings and location are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated

The beach bar was just as bad; some days they had a couple of pizza options, but on most days, they had nothing to offer at all. ​This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful resort, but significant changes are needed

A major letdown was the sunbed policy – hotel guests can only use sunbeds from the fourth row onwards, as the first three rows are for an extra charge. It's clear that guest comfort is not a priority

There is no dedicated parking space for residents, and with the area being crowded, you may end up parking far away. On the positive side, the location is nice, right next to the beach

With better logistics and improved service, Elani Beach Resort could be a great place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel for people who don't have their own vehicle

I liked the hotel is not very big, we never had problem finding sunbeds. The only point to improve is general entertainment program, could have enjoyed some more shows or dancing disco time

This was a family house not a commercial property, so it is loaded with amenities. Great value for money. Quite neighborhood.

The resort has stunning architecture and landscapes, along with all the amenities you could need: a spa, swimming pool, multiple bars, a restaurant, and a mini market

Everything was impeccably maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel was nice, though not the best Chalkidiki has to offer

The hotel beach is also quite nice and clean. The staff are on the whole very friendly. The only thing which is not great is wifi. It gets disconnected frequently

The beach is small and quaint with a limited amount of loungers, but uf you have sensitive feet I suggest swin shoes

The food and cleanliness of hotel is second to none,everywhere is absolutely spotless, I would suggest visiting afytos a stunning little village,the hotel runs a bus to there on Tuesdays at 9 and pick up 12,if that is not enough time for you to explore ,a taxi will cost roughly €30 back to the hotel

The receptionist Kiki is such a bonus to the hotel so polite as with many other staff members, like vivikar(probably spelt wrong) who works in the restaurant, another huge bonus to the hotel,along with the Manager such politeness goes along way

In terms of animation I took part in waterpolo match what was great activity, everyday the hotel organizes activities also for adults and children - I believe that parents should be fine with the infrastructure for their children

The gym is a small room with 3 jogging bands (2 out of which don’t work) and a few workout machines, but a very small space. The beach was a huge disappointment. Overall was not bad but wouldn’t go there again

Regarding to the food the cuisine is variety and everybody find something to itself, however the offer of fresh fruits was poor - only apples, peaches and watermelon

This is a lovely hotel with staff to match. The hotel sits right on the beach with plenty of sun beds around the beautiful pool and on the beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well designed

The food is delicious and well presented with plenty of choice and not overly repeated through the week. As good as the hotel is, the staff are even better. Nothing is too much for them and are always pleasant

We also tend to opt for a swim up which provides super relaxing afternoons. Honestly this place is a dream. Agora beach club a 35 minute drive away. Afytos a 15 minute drive away. Nea Moudania a 10 minute drive away

A beautiful hotel, excellent staff and food was delicious. A special mention to Chris the breakfast waiter and Pavlos in the beach bar. Rooms were very clean with lots of storage

All these options have the best restaurants (our personal fav is Thea Thalassa in Afytos). I can’t wait to continue coming back here with our children. We absolutely love Portes Lithos and would recommend to everyone!

The cocktails and drinks are amazing. We got engaged here in 2023 and the hotel made it so so special. We go in September every year and the weather is always 27/28 degrees C which is perfect

The beach is near and beautifull but you must literally fight for sunbeds which are used from people from other appartments

I went to this hotel with my family,but first of all the wall of the rooms were a bit cracked tv worked fine tho and the balcony was ok but the bathroom was fantastic! The food changed each day tho the scrambled eggs were bad but the rest of the food was really good but the lady at the reception looked like she wanted to die

We have just come back from spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel and have already booked to return next year! Everything about the hotel is special from the rooms, the amazing pool and garden (including peacocks!) and the restaurant

Beach not very accessible, great for a relaxing holiday but not much to do around if you’re looking for more of an adventure get away!

What I can say, is that during my terrible experience with love holidays, the team at Achtis were extremely helpful and professional. They communicated regularly with me with updates and I am very greatful for that
