Incredible hotel for families. Rooms are in need of updating but the facilities and food is outstanding. Lovely experience and Kennedy and Anna by the pool are amazing hosts.

We have had another fabulous stay at Sani Resort and can highly recommend it. We stayed at the Sani Beach Hotel in a seaview room

We had breakfast most days in Verandah, once in Amos and Grill by the pool. Andreea the guest relations was very pleasant and will help with any problems that may arise

The main reason we go repeatedly to Sani Beach is the staff. Go you won’t be disappointed

We personally loved the Veranda and Poseidon Restaurants within the Sani Beach Hotel itself, the food was lovely and varied. The staff at both restaurants created such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere

This is our 5th holiday here - 10 days of indulgence. The hotel Sani Beach is always welcoming, the staff go beyond your expectations from the moment you arrive to the sad time when you are leaving

Beach is very clean with fine sand, also quite gentle entry to the sea making it very enjoyable for families as well as experianced swimmers. Entertainment in the evenings can be had at one of the beach restaurants

We’ve booked the resort for our annual team building! We were impressed by the private beach and spectacular sea views, even the October rain

The resort was clean and everything was managed seamlessly, the staff were professional. Food and drinks were good quality and the grounds were carefully looked after

We stayed here for a company retreat. The staff were so friendly and the beach was incredible! We had a really great stay.

We booked the two-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was spacious and beautifully designed, with a huge pool overlooking the sea — truly breathtaking

At Sani Beach, everything is within walking distance, including the port, restaurants and activities, which made evenings much smoother for us as a family. Another important difference for us was dining

We had a very good stay at Sani Club and there is no doubt it is a beautiful, elegant and high-quality hotel. The service was excellent, the surroundings are stunning and the beach entry is lovely

That said, travelling with three small children, I personally found Sani Club less practical than Sani Beach, where we stayed last year

A special thank you as well to the Front Desk Manager for the warm welcome and smooth experience from start to finish. Overall, this is a wonderful place for a family break — peaceful, well-organized, relaxed luxury

We had a wonderful stay at Sani Club. The service is truly outstanding! Nikos and his team provide exceptional service and really go above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back.

No queues, seated as though dining ala carte, great choices, fresh food, dedicated kids section and fantastic staff. Rooms, reception, each and every part of Sani is manicured to a high standard

Food - delicious and plentiful, we stayed full board and mainly used the buffet restaurants for ease with small children (in Club, Beach and Porto) - they are wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at Porto Sani with friends — everything was perfect from start to finish! The resort is beautiful and relaxing, the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was delicious everywhere we went

This was our second stay at Porto Sani and it was perfect once again from start to finish. The atmosphere is chilled, family friendly and luxury - a very difficult balance to strike but Porto manages this

Let's hope that's just a rumour and doesn't impact Sani! 8. Beaches - clean always sunbeds available, private/safe, easy to order drinks/snacks

Heated pools in May were great - little ones splashed around all day without getting cold. Ordering food to sun loungers via a QR code was super helpful with two small children who dipped in and out of the pool

We stay in Sani Dunes many times. Every year we come and always feel happy. Staff remember us and make us feel like home. Hotel very clean, beach beautiful and food is amazing

As we enter the new year we commence our usual exciting countdown to the 2026 season at Sani

We also returned as a family in October so it was interesting to compare the beginning of the season to the final week of the season. Overall, the renowned Sani magic was ever present on both visits

Some of the staff do leave before the end of the season to go back to their studies so we did miss some familiar faces but overall we felt that service levels weren’t massively compromised

As a creature of habit I do look forward to my favourite Sani wines so was a tiny bit disappointed that by the end of October there was a more limited offering as stocks were being wound down for the winter closure – entirely understandable but wasn’t something we’d experienced before

The positive is that it encouraged me to sample some different wines (and yes – I did find a new favourite for this year! 😊) On both visits we were personally welcomed by the General Manager, Nikos Ouzounis – an exceptionally warm, professional leader who was always visible around the hotel, smiling and engaging with guests

A unique place into the nature with amazing view in Aegean sea. The hospitality and service were great. Spacious rooms and new facilities. Furthermore, rooms were super clean and the staff was helpful and friendly

- A really Nice boutique residence close Sani beaches, marina and restaurants. - Flats are cosy and well fitted out. Ours located on 1st floor offered us an amazing views to sunsets

the grounds are beautiful with the pool and garden, great view of the Mount Olympus, the Sani bay, rich home-made breakfast. Looking forward to stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sanidiamonds ! We stayed at Apartment A2. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

The only thing that is really good is the beach which is clean in the most parts and the sea which is beautifully crystal clear

It is near the beach just 100 m. Nea Potidea is peaceful place with few shops and if you want to buy something more you have to go to Nea Moudania but it's very close and you have a lot of buses during the day

The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist Afroditi; for the price the hotel is solid, the food was tasty and the beach is very close.

Not really what I expected for this much money. The room was small, the bathroom as well and the balcony was too small. The swimming pool is ok but the working hours are unsuitable for small kids who sleep during the day

Excellent location ; Very good services; sewer system has a little smelly situation but because they check me in as soon as I arrived and not to wait 6 hours THIS IS A BIG PLUS ! Thank you for the room - it was with a nice view ! I will totally recommend and hope fully come again

Visited at the beginning of August. Room was very clean but you have to take care of it for the time you are staying there. No towels just one small for your feet. At Anex 1 the front part of the hotel good wi fi

There were 3 main swimming options and free beach towels that we loved and used. The spa were very relaxing and the gym clean and modern. For us the winning element was the playground for the kids/babies

The room was cleaned on a daily basis, no complains about food, staff or beach. Unfortunately, some guests are doing a lot of noise in the middle of the night (the hotel cannot educate them)

The pools were immaculate, though a bit cold and could have been warmer but we loved them nonetheless. The beach is stunning and also well maintained

Fantastic beach and pools, exceptional spa, great food, wonderful attentive and kind staff (thank you Chrysa from the pool bar!). Had plans to travel around Chalkidiki but preferred to stay in the hotel

We really appreciated the easy accessibility to everything around the property, with paths for strollers all the way down to the beach

If I found one small fault was that we had a bathtub in our room which was poorly designed as the shower head couldn’t be turned much so only faced one way in front of the glass door which didn’t help to prevent water from leaking out, so we had the whole floor from behind the toilet flooded every time which was inconvenient to clean up and a hazard with a toddler

The Best beach, friendly staff members, mezedes in taverna exelent. Very relaxing place, Recommend it.

Our stay at Elani Beach Resort left us with mixed feelings. The natural surroundings and location are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated

The beach bar was just as bad; some days they had a couple of pizza options, but on most days, they had nothing to offer at all. ​This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful resort, but significant changes are needed

There is no dedicated parking space for residents, and with the area being crowded, you may end up parking far away. On the positive side, the location is nice, right next to the beach

With better logistics and improved service, Elani Beach Resort could be a great place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel for people who don't have their own vehicle

We also noticed the pool was quite dirty. ​The food situation is another big problem. The breakfast dining area is exclusively an outdoor terrace with no indoor section

I’ve enjoyed everything: the room, the beach, the hotel area and of course the restaurant food and atmosphere. The choice of food is just impressive and super delicious

Especially I would like to thank the girls in the restaurant for their hospitality and friendliness- Ira, Sara, Sia and Zoi. They are a part of the Potidea staff with a big heart

Nice but small. We requested an upgrade but they told us the hotel was full. Nice and helpful staff.

The hotel was very good, Ira, Sara, Zoi and Sia were very helpful and the best staff. The rooms were very spatious and clean, as well as the food was vety delicious.

This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at - I’ve already returned twice in just one season

It’s an ideal choice for families with children: delicious food, a spacious playground, a comfortable beach, and immaculate cleanliness

We have just left the Istio Club hotel, we spent a week there and loved it! Beautiful hotel, food, staff, rooms. Super clean the grounds are well maintained

Great place to relax for a few days as a family. Easy beach access, nice pools, convenient restaurants and nice spa. Buffet was good but rather fewer items /increased quality. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel beach is also quite nice and clean. The staff are on the whole very friendly. The only thing which is not great is wifi. It gets disconnected frequently

The beach is small and quaint with a limited amount of loungers, but uf you have sensitive feet I suggest swin shoes

The food and cleanliness of hotel is second to none,everywhere is absolutely spotless, I would suggest visiting afytos a stunning little village,the hotel runs a bus to there on Tuesdays at 9 and pick up 12,if that is not enough time for you to explore ,a taxi will cost roughly €30 back to the hotel

Not much entertainment for adults, but the kids loved the discos. The beach was close by, but the pools were freezing - not heated for this time of year

It's a lovely hotel, very nice pool. Mini disco every night expect for Mondays. Staff behind bar and reception great 5* The kids club staff. mad scientists activity NO! just go on puzzles and drawing

I must say, this hotel is very nice! My family goes here for 30 years and it's always a pleasure to be here! Staff is very kind, food is always fresh and delicious and rooms are very clean

The Portes Beach Hotel offers a wonderful setting for a holiday with the accommodation set within lovely gardens and only minutes away from a family pool , kiddies pool and a fabulous hotel beach

The beach is also very nice, but watch your steps! There are jellyfishes sometimes! But anyways, I reccomend you to visit this hotel during summer vacation! It's great experience!

The rooms are arranged in blocks of varying proximity to the beach and pool, and of varying sizes. Our room was huge, with a large balcony overlooking the pools and the sea, with distant vast mountains

The pool was a little chilly but that wasn't a problem once you got moving, it was always clean and inviting and the pool area was laid out well with the beds not being too close together

Having the beach be a hop skip and jump away from our room made this trip for me, I could not recommend this hotel more if you want to relax and I will definitely come back one day

There is a small shop/mini market down the stairs near the spa, which was very convenient if you forgot something or wanted to get a few trinkets, I got Greek worry beads for my friends and family

Stayed end of August for 2 wks we came last year and the hotel is just as nice. The staff make the experience Vladka, Christop and too many to name provide an excellent service

I have never experienced the holiday blues so badly as when I returned from this holiday. We fell in love with the hotel and most of all the staff

The beach is near and beautifull but you must literally fight for sunbeds which are used from people from other appartments

Excellent beach. You could go mile from the beach and still be in the water up to the shoulder. Very good for the kids. Family oriented. Nice sand and clear water as far as eye can see

Great beach, clear waters when no windy. When the weather was windy the waves were mirific

I went to this hotel with my family,but first of all the wall of the rooms were a bit cracked tv worked fine tho and the balcony was ok but the bathroom was fantastic! The food changed each day tho the scrambled eggs were bad but the rest of the food was really good but the lady at the reception looked like she wanted to die

I think this place is very well managed and cozy.

After a few years not going to The Achtis - we decided to come back. And everything was just, if not better as we remembered it from our many Family holidays. Everyone there can't do enough to make your stay special

The food is delicious, and the breakfast is one of the best we have ever had, the chefs are brilliant. The grounds are like a little oasis, and the peacocks, ducks and fish add to the entertainment

Just the most relaxing place We keep coming back - we know we will always get a warm welcome and feel like one of the family. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so friendly

The village is beautiful with lovely bars and restaurants but the food and the new bar at achtis rivals any of them so you do not even need to leave the hotel to be totally spoilt

You will get a 5 star experience in a smaller boutique hotel with some of the friendliest and best staff we have ever come across in a hotel - we love it here and will be back next year!

This time was the first time without children - perfect for a couple get away too. Every staff member is so kind and make you feel so welcome. We already booked for 2026 :)
