The hotel is very expensive for what it offers. The rooms are in need of renovation, with non-functioning windows and a lack of cleanliness. There is no dedicated parking space for residents, and with the area being crowded, you may end up parking far away. On the positive side, the location is nice, right next to the beach. However, the beach bar was disappointing, offering no food besides pizza....

Lovely beach it's a bit stoney getting in the sea but sand after that and really warm. You can get food from the restaurant takeaway too. Car parking is a bit small not very large so come early.

I really enjoyed my stay despite the downsides. Territory 2 hotels in use. The food is delicious. But for dinner, only water is free. 2 beaches to choose from. The entrance is gentle. By the pool sunbeds, umbrellas for free, on the sea for a fee. The room was simple, but everything is fine. There is no kettle.

Just the most relaxing place We keep coming back - we know we will always get a warm welcome and feel like one of the family. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so friendly . Love the beach. The sand is white and small, the water is clear and turquoise. There is a bar at the beach, and a restaurant at the hotel from which you can get food and eat it outside by the sea. You need to pay to use the beach sunbeds and umbrella. However the beach is big and there is a lot of room between sunbeds, they are not cramped up. You don't feel like its crowded.

Leaks in the bathroom, very slippery tub

Our stay was very comfortable and fun, both due to the great rooms and the host, Mr. Vasilis. Our apartments were clean and had everything we needed. The coffee at the pool bar is great! We even celebrated our birthday by the pool, and Mr Vasilis treated us to wine! The apartments are at a convenient location, close to both Afytos and Kallithea beaches.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Peaceful and quiet location. Rooms were clean and very large. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Located halfway down a hill from the main village to the beach so lots of steps. Also they have cats, they don’t bother people but they have free run of place. Stayed here with my sister and 78 year old dad
