The hotel is very nice, on the beach with free umbrellas, the rooms were very clean, the towels were changed everyday. The staff was very polite, beach is great! We found parking spot very easily with the help of the staff. Only thing we didnt like was that the breakfast needs improvement. No variety of food, coffee is black and not good.

Only coffee at breakfast was bad. They have good capuccino but quite expensive (5,5 Eur)..everthing else perfect.

The best hotel in the area for families who want freedom, real rest...
The beach is next to the hotel, only 4 lines of sunbeds, private beach, serving you full day. Every day, you have your sunbed reserved for you.
The food is excellent.
Staff friendly.
Rooms comfortable.

Beautiful hotel right at the beach. Fantastic interior design especially the restaurant area. Everything is maintained permanently and therefore the hotel is looking like brand new. Unfortunately the sewage pipes are also a problem in this facility like in many others in Greece which results in an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the balcony. However the management is aware and eager to solve the issue.

What is special about Margarita Sea Side is their unique concept around their guests. Although located in a highly frequented place the hotel exclusively dedicates facilities and staff to guests only. External guests are only permitted in the restaurant after 7pm. The ratio of staff vs. guests is over-proportional is high which ensures maximum service and attention to those who stay at Margarita.

The sun beds and umbrellas are of superior quality and cleaned every morning. As a guest you are keeping your space throughout the entire stay which avoids stress in the morning to secure your spot.

Only downside: you are not alone on Kallithea Beach. Especially during holidays and on weekends the beach is packed and noisy hence privacy is limited.

All in all I can fully recommend this hotel if you want to experience a remarkable concept which truly stands out.

It was our second time at this hotel, i would recommend it because this is the best hotel you can find in this region. Clean, great service, the restaurant was great with nice food. All in all it is exceptional experience to be in this hotel. We were a family of 4 with two litle kids and everything went great since the beach is infront of the hotel, the beach as well is clean and the water is great.

Best experience in whole of greece.
Amazing quality. Super quiet, relaxing and classy. The beds are super comfortable (from someone with back problems). The breakfast is amazing as well. A lot of fresh fruits cut that morning. The sunbeds are free. And the location right next to the beach. It is on the pricier end but so worth it. We'll definitely come back.

Unfortunately the service was terrible, we were waiting for more than 20 mins for taking an order whilst other tables which were taken long after us were being served. We decided to leave since it was ridiculously. Additionally we were not sitting in some distant table or sth… would not recommend it, especially not if you’re hungry…

The quality of food was excellent and the portions were big for their prices. The service was really polite and fast plus they were helpful, for example we had problems with some bees and they offered solution quite fast. The view was fantastic.
The only minus was that we had to buy the bread which I think should be given as a welcome when we sit to the restaurant but that doesn't really matter because it is cheap anyway. All in all it is an amazing restaurant.🙂

Low quality of service.
The host/waitress was so unpleasant, so impatient and so arrogant that it was ridiculous.

We were 8 adults and one child looking for a place to sit, eat, drink, relax and enjoy the beach.
The host told us she has only 3 available umbrellas for our use and she will charge us per umbrella - each umbrella will cost us 30€ - we accepted her offer and started to sit down with all our belongings.
Suddenly, the host decided to change her version about the charging and told us that it will cost us 15€ per person.
In fast calculations, if 1 umbrella is good for 2 people (2 sun beds), 3 available umbrellas are fine with 6 people…
But she just offered us to pay per umbrella, so how comes that we need to pay per person if we don’t even get 4 umbrellas??
In conclusion, she did everything to make us leave. We had a 2 years old infant among us who wanted to enjoy her day in the beach with her family, but that host did everything to screw it up.

Now, I know the owner will write something completely different as everybody do… so it’s my version against hers…
You’ll do your calculation if you want to sit there or not!
My recommendation is to stay away from this place.
There are so many better places to go to.
