The hotel needs TLC a little old looking but okay with the price.
Diner buffet was not what I aspected over priced for the food .€23,00 for a coke and a colt buffet at night.
The rest of the hotel nice to stay friendly staff

Was here two nights 17-19.07.25 with a colleague working in the shipyard at Cleopatra Marina. The hotel was perfect for our needs and only 20 minutes drive to the shipyard. As working, we didn't venture out in the evenings and had the tasty buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant - incredible value at 18€ for three courses. Breakfast was also very good with a copious buffet. All very laudable but the overriding factor which made this stay most enjoyable was the attitude of all the staff I encountered. Everyone, from receptionists, bar and waiting staff, even the pool lifeguard on the Wednesday evening were absolutely delightful, going about their business in a super-friendly, welcoming manner. They really seemed to care very much about what they were doing. Hearty congrats to the managers selecting and training the staff. A lot of places could learn a lot from them.

Vaya the receptionist is the best in Greece
This hotel is brilliant if you to stay by swimming pool and you are no interested in anything else, i am a explorer so to get to preveza town or port it will cost 5 euros via taxi , to preveza bus station which cost five euros again, this bus station is fantastic i went to lefkada for 3.50 euros, and beautiful parga which will cost you 7 euros each way , you can even get to athens , the best about margarona royal hotel is Vaya she made my stay a wonderful experience so five stars for vaya the receptionist much love to you ❤️

Its a hotel from the 80s, dated decor...Rooms are ok, overlooking the lagoon in my case, Personnel are very friendly and attentive. Rooms cleaned daily, and good quality breakfast. Enough parking too. Location is 2kms from city centre, during day time one can walk downtown...Not recommended at dark, road is dark and passing by cars makes it dangerous.

A dream place! We spent a wonderful time here, surrounded by peace. The rooms are extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. The breakfast with local products was a treat, and the recommendations for nearby attractions helped us discover amazing places.

The dinner was equally fantastic – a delicious, home-cooked meal with fresh, local ingredients, beautifully presented. It felt like dining in a cozy, gourmet restaurant, right at “home.”

Perfect for relaxation! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

This is a lovely hotel with a fab swimming pool. Good location. Greqt views from dining room. Rooms/decor are a little dated but they were spotlessly clean. Good sized rooms. Efficient and friendly staff. Good selection of different foods for breakfast.

Nice hotel. The carpet nees to be updated. My only issue was that the drain was backibg u after having a bath and even though I brought to their attention ut was never resolved.p
