Your perfect location in the small village of Kokkari, just opposite the long beach and just separted by the small village street.

Nice owners (speaking greek/german), kind staff.

2floor houses from the street to the backyard. Quiet, green. WIFI for free on all rooms.
Breakfast up to 9:30 with roasted bread, cheese, ham, and daily changing extras as boiled eggs, pancakes , ...

Distance to long Beach: 30m.
Distance to the Church/centre/harbour round 400m . An easy walk. Next to the hotel many taverns and restaurants. One stay will not reach to test them all.

And for windy days with big waves at the beach front you may use the swimming pool of ATHENA s backarea.

Great family run hotel on the main beach road in the village. Loved my stay there. Best club sandwich in Greece at the pool bar!!

Very nice hotel, very close to the ocean and restaurants. With swimming pool and nice breakfast in the morning. Good room cleaning services and friendly hosting. Nice hotel-terrain.
