Hotel Bella Vista in Mithymna

A small hotel in Molyvos/ Lesbos...Clean, nice and comfortable..Breakfast was satisfactory. The pool is ok, though small..You'll have to cross a narrow road to get to its beach..Sea is very clean. There is a free shuttlebus to beautiful Molyvos but it is better to rent a small car to discover other parts of the island and different beaches.

A very quiet hotel right on the sea, with a pebble beach but no sun loungers. We received a friendly welcome; we arrived late and a buffet was waiting for us. The hotel is remote (as stated on the website), but you can take a minibus to and from the town several times a day. The rooms are okay and recently renovated. The shower is wonderful and the terrace is nice. The pool has plenty of sun loungers (June) and no hassle with towels. Very quiet and peaceful in the evenings, no entertainment, which was wonderful. All drinks included in the all-inclusive package are premium brands, something we've never experienced in this price range. There's a Greek night once a week with a barbecue and dancing, which was well organized. The only thing we were disappointed with was the evening buffet, which we felt was supposed to be cheap. Only one dessert, specialties weren't replenished, and there was a lot of fast food, which was a shame. We had also requested two adjacent rooms months in advance, away from the kitchen and bar, but despite a reply to our email, they didn't respond. Nevertheless, we highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet hotel by the sea.

excellent resort near beach with great places to relax. cosy village nearby. space for kids. good food every day. excellent for young and old. rooms were spacious and well serviced. rooms were well cleaned every day. rooms had coffee machine, but not all. thanks pleasant people.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We booked our summer holiday quite late and typically aren’t the all inclusive type of family. However Bella Vista surprised us in the best ways possible. The rooms are modern and spacious with a great shower and comfy beds. The staff at all levels are the friendliest you will ever meet. The food is very good. Freshly made daily, apart from breakfast every day your lunch and dinner will be different and no awful fried and frozen food which you usually get at all inclusive places. Everyone was just so kind and welcoming and my 7 year old daughter was treated like a queen by staff. So incredibly kind and facilitating. The pool is amazing. Its large, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Also there are changing facilities and a toilet at the swimmingpool which is always kept clean. Once a week there is a Greek night which is great fun to participate in. There is a shuttle bus which brings you to Molyvos town a few times a day which is a brilliant service. We arrived not knowing what to expect and we left thinking we might return next year, and if not next year, soon.
