The rooms are clean and quiet, with lovely balconies, which have amazing views of the sea. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect base for exploring the island—highly recommended!

It’s the perfect location while staying in Naxos! The most beautiful beach is steps from your room, and the hotel pool is absolute perfection when you need a break! I would recommend this spot to anyone who is visiting Naxos!

We loved our stay at Ariadna Hotel! The location is perfect—just a 2-3-minute walk to the beach, close to excellent restaurants, and steps from the bus stop to Naxos Town and other beaches

We had the absolute best experience at the Ariadne for our trip to Naxos. The room was perfect, we were so happy with every detail. We were in the suite, which has so much space

The property was 5 minutes away from beach and has super market very near. The room itself was bit small and the kitchen was quite small too. But the pool area and the ambience was good.

Staff was friendly, breakfast every morning was delicious, and when I forgot a shirt in the room after check out, the staff mailed it back to me in Canada! Amazing! Thank you.

We had an AMAZING stay at Agia Anna Hotel. Christos, and his family were so wonderful to us. The hotel is really well situated; near restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop, the port, beautiful beaches

We saw the most beautiful sunsets. The breakfast cooked by Christo’s mum was so good and delicious. Highly recommend this place in this beautiful magical island

Coffee shop and restaurants right next to hotel. Breakfast was included which made it so easy to start the day. Parking also right at the property

We absolutely loved the feel of this hotel. Breakfast every day was filled with local dishes and warmth. Felt like our Yiayia and Papou’s house!

The staff are very polite and accommodate your needs. Plenty of restaurants around the area and easy to get around

We had booked the sea view room which was great and had amazing view of beach & sea. Owner had also left a bottle of wine for us before our arrival, which was a great gesture of hospitality

Excellent communication with the property owners, including free transfers to and from the port. Brilliant location less than 5 minutes walk from Agios Prokopios beach and close to supermarket and bus stop

No restaurant on site but fridge and a small hob in the studios are useful and an array of restaurants nearby for breakfast Transfers to and from the port are also offered Well done to the owners Maria and George!

Small town but very friendly and prices were excellent. All the staff was excellent, especially the girl at the front desk. Restaurant was great and staff were excellent. Beach view and room was great

Our first time with Colosseo apartments - this was the perfect accomodation for us to a very fair price. Great and very clean rooms, amazing service and free transfer to and from harbour

The included breakfast at Macao Beach Naxos (2 min walk) was also amazing and all the staff were excellent, specially Mrs. Georgia who also helped us with car rental and tips for Naxos

Fanatsic place! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, there to help. Amazing breakfast! So, so good and so much variety. Beautiful property, walk to the beach and a nearby town with restaurants and shops

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Undoubtedly the best location on the island, not far from anywhere and close to the best beach Naxos has to offer! Enjoying breakfast with a wide variety of local goods, near the also excellent pool with the magic view, makes all the difference!absolutely recommended!

Out of highly rated 3 hotels that I stayed during my trip in September 2025, Lianos Village was the best, by far. Chris and entire staff made me feel like I was home

My friend and I really enjoyed our time in Lianos Village and would love to come back! The premises were clean and lovely, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is a short walk to the beach

My husband and I stayed at Avgoustos for four nights and had a lovely time! Avgoustos offers four modern, high tech suites — the stay felt private and intimate, almost more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and Stamatis and Joanna were incredibly welcoming and hospitable

Stamatis, Joanna and family welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel at home for 4 days! Without being intrusive, they gave recommendations, made reservations for us and generally added something special to our experience

I even ended up peeling potatoes with Dimitri and “ya ya” and loved it! Killer food, amazing accommodation, but their hospitality was exceptional! Yamas!

We chose this location because we wanted to be close to the beach and it did not disappoint. Daybeds on the beach were included in the stay. Breakfasts on our patio were so nice — we enjoyed the view in our robes

We also dined one night at the restaurant Gorgona, which was delicious too! The location is perfect, 10 minutes away from busy and crowded Naxos town and across from a beautiful stretch of beach in Agis Anna

Honeymoon Heaven! We were so lucky to score a suite at Avgoustos! We were warmly welcomed by our host, Stamatis, and he did an awesome job making sure that we were comfortable during our stay

Breakfast: breakfast available at a beach club on the sea front. About a 5 min walk to Santana Beach Club. Close to the beach (300 m, a few minutes walk) and restaurants but sheltered from noise or car traffic

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel, the location is perfect, 5 minutes from the sea. Our room was very clean, the sheets and towels were changed every day

Perfectly maintained, the rooms are pretty and the service attentive; the proximity to the water is obviously the main argument with its equipped beach but there is also a small snack bar which allows you to snack on site or have a drink, at any time! Very nice place, we recommend it

The family that runs the establishment is wonderful and they treat you like family the entire time you’re there! Don’t get me started on the food- I don’t think I even left to eat anywhere else unless I was in town since the food and coffee were so great

Excellent place to spend your holidays! The location is great - few minutes to the beach and restaurants, spotlessly clean with daily service, awesome breakfast to Santana, not to mention that is decently priced

The place is quiet, in perfect condition, located between the Pinky beach bar and the Nikolaos Tavern; everything you need nearby with also the SantAnna, the Skorpios and the Kalua! A mini market next door as well

This was an excellent experience. All commenced with the initial warm greeting from Maria and her son Kristopher. The room was spacious , great shower pressure , a full sized fridge made for convenience

Our accommodation was super clean and attractive with new towels and sheets every other day. Aircon was lovely and very welcome. There was a hob which we didn't use and a large fridge which was useful

We hired a car for 4 days which worked well but equally you could take a bus which conveniently stops right outside the hotel!! The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and everyone was so friendly

Birikos Hotel was the perfect choice for our family including 2 children aged 10 & 12 years. Maria & her family were amazing hosts & always helpful. The rooms are immaculately clean & modern

Kavos Hotel Naxos

Walkable to the beach (but steep narrow streets, look out for tourist drivers. ) Shout out to Lukas the manager for being on top of every need. And the breakfast, served poolside, was fresh and delicious

We stayed in room #10, the Honeymoon Suite. From the moment we saw it we were enchanted - the two private patios with comfy sitting areas were so welcoming and had incredible views surrounded by gardens

A special recommendation to Stelida restaurant where the nightly dinners ( and delicious breakfasts) were excellent and served in the most charming of settings along side their pool

And the one late afternoon and evening we went in into Naxos town ( only 10 minutes away) Loukas gave us the name of a local taxi driver and some great dinner recommendations

The room itself was clean and well maintained (just look out for the hard-to-see steps). The pool and surroundings were gorgeous and we were happy to spend hours just there

The restaurant wait staff- including Eleni and Katerina and the others ( whose names I forget) were friendly additions to our breakfasts and dinners

Great location, just a few meters away from the beach and good restaurants where you can watch the sunset and eat great food. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the owner is very nice and helpful

The studio is quiet, clean and equipped with basic amenities (fridge, 2 cooking plates, pans and pots, coffee machine and coffee-making pots, cutlery)

Upon arrival I found some juice and water in the fridge, very thoughtful and highly appreciated. The building is very well located, with the beach, bus stop, a tavern and small market less than a 5-mins walk away

George the owner takes great pride in Maria’s Rooms and it is evident in everything, from the tastefully finished accommodation through to the beautiful pool

Every other day the towels and bed sheets were exchanged, basic housekeeping was done every day! Also, the room has a hair dryer, iron, TV and A/C

Spotlessly clean, well maintained and quiet hotel at a great location. It has a beautiful garden and only 50 meters away from an amazing beach.

Great spacious suites close walk to the beach and Christian took care of all our needs and very friendly.I would recommend this hotel 👍

There was a dinner restaurant right across the street but do not use their driveway for pick up as it is frowned upon as we very rudely learned. We don’t speak Greek so didn’t understand the message on the sign

Nice place if you don’t have mobility issues We enjoyed our stay, but had difficulty checking in as staff seemed to be limited. When we finally met Christian he was so wonderful, helpful and friendly

The pool was lovely and so were the decks. We rarely saw anyone and it was very quiet. Parking in this area is difficult as it’s limited so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you

The staff made our stay unforgettable everyone was kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Christian and Ezat for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. They truly made us feel at home

It feels more like a big B&B than a "hotel" so, don't let the name for you. Breakfast is light and pleasant, with options that includes pastries, jams, cereals, yogurt, tea, and made-to-order traditional Greek coffee

Kalimera naxos is great and it's always a pleasure to go there. The rooms are big and being revamped to be more modern, the pool is nice and you won't regret the breakfast

The room was spacious, very clean, and very well-equipped with a private terrace. The hotel is located 15 minutes by car from the port, and we enjoyed the free transfer offered by the hotel

The beaches of Agia Anna and Plaka are within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. This stay in Naxos was remarkable and we will be back with pleasure! Special thought for Mickey Mouse

Clean and pleasant with room for the family. We're staying here in the off season (mid-October) with our two kids. There is plenty of space in our accommodations and the host and staff are very kind and friendly

Wonderful breakfast, clean pool, incredible value and wonderful host who is the owner. Location cannot be beat, with some of the best beaches within walking and/or short drive away

The location is unbeatable, just across from a beautiful beach perfect for relaxing by the sea and right next to a small supermarket and the local bus stop

Sea View Apartments may be modest in style and size, but they are very well maintained with very clean interiors and lovely gardens that add to the charm

Very clean, great location and has everything you can wish for. Huge terrace overlooking the beach, and set back far enough from the road so you are not disturbed by traffic

The host and family went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and by the end of our stay, it felt less like a rental and more like being part of a beautiful family

What truly makes this place special are the hosts: warm, generous, and extremely hospitable. Any issues we experienced were dealt with promptly and with great care

There is never anyone around… when we checked out we had to leave the key on a table outside as there wasn’t anyone to check us out
