The staff is incredibly friendly without seeming artificial. You feel constantly looked after, but at no time is it intrusive.
Every single request was fulfilled without us even noticing the staff.

We are thrilled with our stay at Pangaia! We went for the first time in 2024. We went again in 2025. And we have decided that whenever we are in Koufonissi we will stay exclusively at it. The service is unique without exaggeration in all areas. The kindness is authentic and the willingness of the staff to help with whatever the customer needs is monumental. It has all the services of a large hotel and the warmth and hospitality of a family business.

My wife and I spent a really lovely four nights here in early September. The room was very well appointed: comfortable bed, good A/C, nice furnishings, great terrace. The kitchenette functioned well for early-morning coffee and simple meal preparations. The staff is really warm and friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic, with lots of savory options including grape leaves and spanakopita, with very good espresso. The hotel offers beach chairs and an umbrella, so you don't have to bring your own. It's right across from a beautiful beach and a close walk to others. We did not drink or eat at the on-site restaurant and bar--other than breakfast--but I imagine it would be quite good, given the quality of breakfast. Highly recommend.

An amazing all-inclusive hotel with breakfast, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas for the beach etc. The rooms with a terrace are top-notch! The place is very close to the beach and located in a very quiet area—you only hear the sound of the waves and the wind.

The service is incredibly friendly and kind, especially at reception and restaurant. They really pampered us during our stay: they gave us a bottle of wine, and when we checked out, they gave us another gift. Very thoughtful! I recommend it 100%—our stay was perfect thanks to this hotel! Thank you so much!

Wonderful place for a romantic stay. We loved the sea, we loved the place, we loved the service. Attentive host really trying to solve any minor issue you might have. Nice little attentions upon arrival and departure. Calm environment. Rooms are quite roomy, perfectly clean, nicely furnished. Breakfast is nice in quality and variety. There's a 20min walk to the town - the price of tranquility, so the shuttle from and to the port is welcome when you have luggage. Renting electric bikes is a popular choice for hasty people.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pangaia in Koufonisi, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff welcomed me with big smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed.

The room was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the sea that made each morning a joy to wake up to. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to enhance the beauty of the surrounding environment.

We stayed a few days at Pangaia. The hotel is very well located, close to the beautiful cove-shaped beach, Finikas, and its restaurant.

We had a great stay in this very clean hotel with a very welcoming team.
The buffet breakfast is excellent, very pleasant with a view of the sea.
The room was spacious, with a large bed and a good mattress. The bathroom was also very nice.
Not far from other beaches, either on foot or by boat, and not far from the center: location = Perfect!

Only one small downside: the view of the sea is partial, due to the hotel’s orientation in relation to the shoreline.

Me and my husband had such a great experience that I couldn’t recommend it more! Amazing location close to the main beaches, beautiful decoration offering a Greek house experience at the same time they fully deliver on comfort, and last but not least the most amazing staff making you feel home at every moment.

Superb hotel, nicely located next to Finikas beach. We stayed in a premium suite and it was very spacious and the bed was super comfy (extra plus points). But what make this place special is the staff. From the moment we check-in till we check out they provided amazing service. We were picked up by free shuttle service, the check-in experience was amazing and super relaxed. They explained everything about the island to us during the check in. They booked us super nice restaurant for our anniversary, they gave us complimentary local wine for our anniversary, provided beach chairs and umbrella everyday and cheery on top they gave us a super nice gift at the end of our trip with local products. Highly recommend your stay here!

Pangaia Seaside Hotel in Koufonisi is the perfect place for a perfect holiday. The structure is wonderful, the rooms (better call them small houses) are beautiful and quiet. The common areas are very nice and the breakfast is superb. The staff is friendly, kind and always available to help and provide suggestions. I definitely recommend it.
