Absolute Bliss in Imerovigli

Words cannot describe the views you get from this hotel. Very friendly staff that helped with everything. Location is between Fira and Oia.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From arrival you are completely taken care of and feel instantly relaxed. The views are incredible. This includes from the rooms, reception and pool. There are a few lovely restaurants close by and the main town is a 30-40 minute walk away. The breakfasts to the rooms is so convenient and you can have that delivered as late as 11.15am. The quality of all the food is high. We would recommend and also return ourselves.

Can't recommend this place enough. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is as perfect as possible for your stay. The location is perfect. Close enough to a few restaurants, far enough away from the chaos of Santorini. The view is priceless. The hotel is also really well designed to ensure privacy, which is very unique for others in the area.

Landed in this hotel by total accident, it was a wonderful week spent at Absolute Bliss. The view was stunning, the staff were beyond sweet and helpful.

The hotel does feel like a perfect fit for couples. If you are travelling with a different setting then maybe it doesn't work as well.

I had tried to pick out bits and pieces where I can point out to be imperfections, and after some thoughts, I do think you have to be pretty demanding to feel dissatisfied staying at this hotel.

This accommodation was absolutely amazing! I had no idea they would deliver every single item directly to your room, and we got upgraded to a suite and got a free drink on arrival and a bottle of wine for the first night sunset for free as well!! So unexpected and gracious. They were very nice and helpful with everything. The room was incredibly clean along with the rest of the grounds. They have a hotel pool that overlooks the caldera. This place is 1000% worth the money. It’s not crowded because it’s in a quieter part of Santorini. You can easily rent a scooter, quad, or car to get to Fira and Oia, or ask the desk to call you a taxi for a certain time. The view is pristine and uninstructed. I will be using this accommodation every time I visit.

We went to Santorini looking for the experience of staying in a private room with views of the caldera that would allow us to disconnect from reality. We certainly achieved this by staying at the Absolute Bliss hotel.

The views from our room were incredible. We had a large terrace with a jacuzzi, a small table with chairs, and sun loungers. The interior of the room was very spacious, with a living room with a sofa, an indoor jacuzzi, a very large bed, a dressing area, and a very large bathroom as well. All the facilities were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was à la carte, very varied, all of high quality and delicious. Having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the caldera was an incredible way to start the day.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed at all times. They were very quick to respond on WhatsApp, which made communication much easier. The hotel is on a hillside, so it's not the kind of hotel we were used to. The reception was on the top floor and the pool was on the bottom floor. If you wanted something from your room or the pool, they brought it to you right away.

The hotel is located in Imerovigli, the highest part of the island. Here you will find the best views, it is not as crowded with tourists as Fira, and you can access a trail that takes you on a mountain route along the edge of the cliff. Highly recommended for those who also want to enjoy the natural environment.

If we return to Santorini, staying with you again will be a sure bet.

Best hotel of our trip so far! The service staff was friendly and accommodating - they even let us check out late as our ferry was leaving in the early afternoon. The breakfast is worth every penny. It was a joy eating breakfast while overlooking the Santorini sunset. Would definitely come here again.

The location is called Imerovigli, and you have to take two buses from the airport!

From the airport to Fira (2 euros per person)

Then, from the bus stop where you got off, to Imerovigli (2 euros per person)

I went in November, so it was the off-season and there were only one bus per hour, so it took a while, but it was the cheapest way to get there!

It took about 7-8 minutes to get to the hotel from Imerovigli, and there were fewer stairs than I expected, and the road was flat, so I arrived quickly!

Everything was available in the hotel, and there was even a jacuzzi! The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delivered at the specified time (from 8:15) the next day after filling out the breakfast form that you submit the day before.

The plate was very large, and at first I ordered too much and had to return it without even touching it...

So on the second day, I only had one omelette...lol

I think the juice was fresh and homemade!

I was given a whole bottle of wine as a welcome drink!! Since it was my mother's birthday, we were given the best room possible, and it was a truly memorable trip!

Absolute Bliss was an absolute bliss for us indeed!! We loved our stay here and seeing the amazing sunrise/sunset from our terrace. We also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi, which can be used 24/7. The breakfast options were great too and delicious. The service and attention to detail were top-notch, and we were granted a late check-out. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again when we come back to Santorini.
