Lithi Luxury Retreat in Imerovigli

Excellent hotel and service. The suites are simply superb, with magnificent views of the beach and private pools – a dream come true. The hotel is located in an extremely quiet area. The staff is also fantastic; a huge thank you to Afrodite, an excellent manager who was always attentive. She was welcoming, smiling, and readily available to assist us with any requests. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back very soon.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was incredible, very relaxing. Nearest town is less than a 10min drive and Oia is about a 20min drive. Would recommend a car as it’s a bit out of the way but great location to scoot around the island as well. Kitchen space is small but enough fridge room to store picky bits and some beer/wine etc. Definitely for someone/ couples or family looking for a relaxing break. Views are breathtaking 😍 and it is so quiet Tip: A heated pool or hot tub is recommended as it’s a beautiful spot to sit out at night time

Lithi is a charming boutique hotel experience! Our family of four prefers to stay a bit off the beaten path and away from large crowds. We also love a separate sleeping space for adults vs kids. For this reason, Lithi really fit the bill. We stayed in the Master Villa suite. Our kids loved the pool, we all loved the privacy, and the beds were so very comfortable which helped us move past jet lag quickly. As others have mentioned, renting a car for this hotel is a must. Likewise, prepare yourself for the windy steep road (highly recommend renting an automatic… trying to drive a manual shift would be taxing after one zip up the road) . It’ll take you a few minutes to reach restaurants and other parts of the island, but that wasn’t an issue for us. You can order take out from the room and housekeeping is prompt and thorough. We only went to the main reception at the beginning and end of our stay. All pretty self-contained, more like an Airbnb instead of a resort. If you are looking for quiet, spacious accommodations with a touch of luxury, this is it. (Note: this is not the caldera-view side of Imerovigli)

I can’t recommend this place enough.
It doesn’t have a view of the sunset, however, we woke up for the sunrise and it didn’t disappoint!

The terrace and room are completely private. It really is a luxury retreat away from the crowds, with an added bonus of an amazing breakfast each morning.

If you stay here, definitely get a quad or a car, it’s a 15 min drive to Fira and Oia.

My husband and I picked the Lithi Luxury Retreat for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed, it was a beautiful setting and our Honeymoon Villa was secluded and quiet with it's own pool with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were attentive and saw to our every need, booking trips, arranging dinner reservations and taxis. Breakfast was served every morning on the terrace and the staff called to say it had been delivered. We were always called before anyone arrived to ensure that we always had privacy. The Retreat is on the opposite side of the Island to the Caldera which meant that you got the sunrise instead of the sunset which is defiantly worth having an early morning for. I can honestly say that I did not want to leave, I call this place my little slice of heaven and if I return to Santorini, I would have no hesitation in booking to stay here again, absolutely beautiful!
