Well this was probably the worst place I've ever been to on holiday. Ann-Marie was the only helpful member of staff in reception all the others fob you off, including the manager! I wouldnt return even if you paid me

Daughter went to their bar on the beach to buy water. Turned away aggressively because "the water here is private" and sent away back to the public beach area. On day 1 of our holiday, obviously newbies as we're lily white, desperately thirsty but not even advised as to the nearest place to buy a drink!

Absolutely amazing holiday! It’s a smaller hotel but plenty big enough. And the service is incredible. We were really impressed. The reception team were super helpful and really looked after us so well they’re so kind. The bar staff and restaurant were lovely. I wasn’t feeling great before I arrived. And had a cough and was at the bar and the lovely bar tender gave me a throat sweets out of her handbag which was really kind. The animation staff and entertainment were really good. The food is great. And the room was so nice. We’d definitely recommend this place. You just get the impression the staff are one big family. Your not super disconnected like you would be in a really big hotel the service is so much better here. My husband and I had a massage each at the spa and it was really great. The masseuse was very professional made me feel comfortable and safe. And just yet another really kind member of staff. In all my years travelling I can’t remember having a better stay at a hotel. Thank you

We moved to the Leonardo Kolymbia after staying in another hotel in the next resort which was not a very nice hotel at all and we didn’t want to continue our holiday there. Things couldn’t have been more different at the Leonardo!! The staff at the couldn’t have been better! From the moment we called them to request booking a room they were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. When we arrived at the hotel our room wasn’t ready yet so we explored old town Rhodes. When we came back to check in they upgraded our room to an absolutely beautiful room with our own pool! We felt so lucky and greatful to the staff that did this for us. From the reception staff, the kitchen staff, the housekeeping and entertainment staff were all very friendly and welcoming! Sakis in the pool bar is a top man! Go and see him for a strawberry slush!! The food was delicious at every meal time and the dining hall very clean and modern. Pool was lovely and clean and always managed to get sunbeds. The beach is very beautiful! Very clean and the sea is lovely and calm with beautiful clear water. We honestly were so so happy to have come to this hotel after staying at the previous hotel, it really did make our holiday after a rubbish start. We will definitely be coming back next year and we can’t wait! Thank you to all at the Leonardo!!

I think if we didn’t have Alan there then it wouldn’t have been such a lively holiday. Alan made our holiday so much fun, he was trying to do it all himself and he worked so hard to make everyone happy.

We had a great time as a family of 4 at Leonardo Kolymbia Positives: - Hotel was great, clean and staff were really friendly. - Pool was great and short walk to beach. - Entertainment was great for both adults and kids - Pool bar friendly, Saki was great. Negatives: (really small things) - Snack bar for food, pizza was often uncovered and birds would jump on it and steal bits, also no way of knowing how long food had been sitting out. - We had a bit of an issue with our room which was sorted quickly so no issues there. - Lounge got busy night times, sometimes struggled for a seat outside, maybe some bench seating right at back of terrace area near would be good a lots of people standing. All in all we have a fantastic time and have booked for next year!!!

This being our 6th stay at the hotel and when you think it can’t get better it does. The staff are hand picked!! They are professional, attentive and always go above and beyond. The food is exceptional, fresh, hot and prepared with genuine love with impeccable presentation. The accommodation, having stayed in every room type and always been thrilled, this stay has outdone all previous with a swim up deluxe room for my parents and a second for my son and I, what a treat, big walk-in shower, lovely comfy big bed and a large terrace leading to a private pool! OMG over the moon! Mini bar filled and a charcuterie board on arrive with a bottle of champagne… what a lovely way to start our stay!Every member of staff needs a big pat on the bag (or a huge hug) to say thank you. A brilliant addition for this year is the spa, treatments were amazing and great value for money. Already booked for next year, along with 2 others families we met last year and joined us this year! It’s an annual celebration now!!!

We came back because we loved it last year and we had a great experience again. The entertainment team was great. Alan Romain Andrea and also bar stuff, Sakis and George and Mika always helpful. We are planning to come next year again. We had some nice yamas t shirts.
