Overall we had an ok holiday in the princess Sun.
BUT Sauna and steam room were out of order.
Gym has mostly old / broken and missing equipment.
Hot tub that isn't hot and that was only available for 1 timeslot during our whole stay.
Food was ok but very repetitive. (More than in other all-inclusive hotels we stayed.)
Floors of the hallway was dirty. (In the room it was clean.)
Some good points:
Ample of sunbeds available at the pool any time of the day. (Eventhough the hotel was full.)
Bar team was professional.
Animation team did the best they could with the means they had.
View from the higher floors is amazing.

Lovely family holiday here at the Princess Sun.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable at wanting to give you a good time.
It's a quiet location up the hill from the main road/resort. This suited us happily. The beach was very good and the restaurant there had excellent food.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a last minute deal. Room was pretty basic but clean and in good condition. Food can be hit and miss like any hotel. Pools are decent albeit unusually cold. Private beach portion is excellent, great if you like to snorkel. It's a 4min shuttle away, however it doesn't stop in between. Nearest shops are a 10min walk, hill back up is steep enough.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. We appreciated the ample sun loungers by the pool and the food and drinks in the restaurant, which had plenty of choices. But the all inclusive wine was not good. The spa treatments were very good and relaxing.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but we did notice that the younger staff at the pool bar were unfriendly and rude to us and other guests. A little more customer service training for them would be beneficial. We also would have preferred if the complimentary water bottles in our room had been replenished daily.
Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel.

Aegeo Spas at Princess Sun Therapists Stefanos was professional and polite. The suite layout smell lovely with all the oils scent.

. This is the second time I've stayed at The Princess Sun Hotel and Spa with my 2 daughters aged 7 & and 10, and once again, it didn't disappoint. We had such a wonderful time last year that it was inevitable that we would be returning this summer. The kids had a ball and once again made lots of friends. The animation team organises various activities for the adults to participate in. I particularly enjoyed the water polo, which got very competitive, but it is lots of fun. The food in the restaurant is of the highest quality with different themes every evening. Pizzas at the pool restaurant are to die for. The bar staff at the pool bar are very friendly and attentive, as are the staff on the reception desk. A special shout goes out to Christian, Valentina, Natalia, and Frederico from the animation team. You guys rock. My girls are already insisting we go again next summer, and I'm inclined to agree with them. What an awesome experience, and lifelong memories.

We stayed at the Princess Sun Hotel in Rhodes for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel is set in a peaceful hillside location, which means beautiful views over the bay and a nice, breezy atmosphere — perfect for escaping the busier resort areas.
Rooms: Our room was clean, bright, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The balcony was a lovely spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay.
Food & Drink: The buffet had a great variety each day, with fresh salads, grilled meats, and plenty of local Greek dishes to try. The desserts were a particular highlight! The poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite, and the drinks menu was generous.
Pools & Beach: The main pool area was lively and the hotel’s beach is a short shuttle ride away, the water there was crystal clear.
Staff & Service: The real highlight was the staff. From reception to restaurant service, everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They seemed to really enjoy making guests feel at home.
Entertainment: The animation team kept both kids and adults entertained with games, evening shows, and activities, but it never felt intrusive if you just wanted to relax.

The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming, however we requested to book the Greek tavern restaurant on several occasions and never heard back about any booking bee made. The breakfast was the same every day and lacking in choice.
The food choices were better for lunch and dinner. The pizzas in the pool snack bar were freshly made.
The views were spectacular and we had the sea view room which added a little extra on an evening for us to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

As a family of with a 4 year old and a 2 year old we had a fantastic holiday. We arrived around 2 in the morning greeted by 2 lovely staff on the desk. We were given sandwiches and someone met us half way to show us to our room. Our room was beautiful. One of the bungalows on the top floor. Loads of space, nice beds, nice views from the balcony and a shower instead of a bath. The food and drinks were really good. A good amount of choice with all the things you’d expect from an all inclusive. All the staff made a fuss of our kids everyday. The location is a little bit far from the airport and other things when you are there. As a family that like to try different restaurants we did hat a taxi to Pefkos that cost us around €22 1 way. But if you just wanted a holiday with days by the pool it’s brilliant. We also used the free shuttle bus on our first day to go to the beach. You get to use the sun loungers for free and the drinks and food are included with the all inclusive. A day at the beach and it didn’t cost any extra, it’s a pebble beach but still a really nice touch. We loved our holiday and would recommend the hotel.

Booked a last minute 10 night stay here. I was worried due to price we paid and some reviews but this holiday exceeded our expectations. Absolutely fantastic holiday had by all and we would book again. Hotel: communal areas , rooms,activity pool and restaurant absolutely spotless. Food & drink: food - to be expected for all inclusive. You will not go hungry. Plenty of choice, lovely salads, cheese, fruit etc. Something for everyone. Favourite theme night was Mexican. Drinks are all free until 11pm. Cocktails are made fresh when ordered ( not from a machine like other hotels we have stayed in). Beach - fabulous service here .... the shuttle bus to beach is fantastic and such a lovely driver. The restaurant and bar at beach is included in all inclusive so a trip down hill to beach doesn't cost a penny. Snacks - pool side snacks .... pizza is delicious and made fresh. Constantly replenished. Snacks at beach are wonderful too. Staff - everyone at this hotel works so hard and are all very pleasant. Cleaners, reception, waiting staff, bar staff and entertainment team are all a credit to this hotel. Entertainment team are the best we have ever experienced. Friendly and so much fun. They work so hard morning, afternoon and evenings too. Shop - great shop on site. Not too expensive and stocks everything you can imagine. Location - a little remote and not may eating places in area but not needed as we really enjoyed all inclusive. Trips - lindos by day ( boat trip and lunch in beach front tavern) and lindos by night (stunning roof top terrace meal followed by drinks and walk around lindos and shops. Beautiful place to explore.) Thank you to everyone at princess sun Hotel and spa.
