Location: 15 km from airport, 8 km from Rhodes town, 4 km from the town of Faliraki, in the district of Kalithea, on the coast. The bus stop is opposite the hotel.

Consists of a main building (with lift) and two additional buildings (with elevators).

Highly recommend this hotel if you want a complete "chill out" holiday, in extremely clean, & beautiful surroundings, with brilliantly friendly staff. Can't wait to return next year!
Room was recently remodeled. Comfy bed. Walk in shower. Overlooked the nightly lit pool and great view of the sea. Loungers were also available on the beach for guests.
The EMERALD restaurant serves huge amazing breakfast buffets each morning. Lovely choices of Greek foods and breakfast standards. Fresh squeezed juices, fancy coffees, champagne. Too many choices. The service manager, Manolis was extremely attentive. We definitely are considering returning next year. This 5 star resort knows how to make the guests feel special and very pampered.

Dining at Emerald restaurant afforded endless food options. Manolis is the service manager and without a doubt a key to keeping people happy and staff organized. We loved him.
Our premium sea view room #2117 was newly remodeled. Gorgeous view of the pool, manicured grounds and sea.
This resort is definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
There also weren’t many activities available at the resort, which made the experience rather dull compared to what we expected.
However, I do want to highlight the housekeeping team — they were absolutely lovely. Always polite, cheerful and helpful, they really stood out and made our stay a bit more pleasant.
Unfortunately, aside from the housekeeping service, the overall experience didn’t live up to our expectations.
We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!'
Beautiful pools with an abundance of loungers and umbrellas.
