We had an average stay at this hotel. We had to carry our suitcases up flights of stairs to our room as we had one of the rooms by the small pool. We were shocked by how run down the rooms were and cracks in the balcony floor so could easily cut your feet. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Shame we both got terribly ill after 48 hours of arriving which lasted for days so we could not even appreciate the all-inclusive food/drinks. Hygiene can do with improvement in the hotel to stop the spread of illness as I heard other guests in the hotel shop also commenting how they have been very sick too.

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). We have just returned from a week with our two children and all had a wonderful time! The variety of pools were great (if a little cold!). The food was brilliant, our favourite night was the Asian night! Would recommend to people with families as the kids had lots to keep them entertained. We caught the bus from outside the hotel to both old town and lindos, well worth it!

We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine although beds are quite uncomfortable/soft. The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). Beautiful pool area, beach bar and location on the beach were great. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. Good range of food and the A la carte restaurants were excellent but many of the hot food options were only luke warm in the main self service restaurant which was disappointing.

We’ve just got back from a week here and sadly we are glad to be home. We had a swim up room which was lovely however the pool was freezing all day every day. We had lots of ants in our room which meant we couldn’t leave food in our room. Roughly located halfway between Rhodes town and the town of Lindos, made for a perfect base. Best to hire a car to get around, parking was easy and secure at the hotel. Have stayed in the Plaza many times usually for just one night in transit to a ferry to the islands. Is a perfect location and hotel for this kind of stay.

Convenient location, clean and with kind staff.

The hotel is centrally located, very clean, breakfast was rich, staff are very helpful. We received an upgrade of the room and a late checkout free of charge. We would definitely come back.

Spacious room. Bed was too hard for me but housekeeping added an extra bed topper when I asked for help and that made a big difference. Pool was lovely (although very busy) and hotel prices were good value.
