Nirvana Beach Hotel in Theologos

The hotel is located in a very small and also very quiet rather sleepy place, not very central. But you know that beforehand. The staff is friendly and eager. We arrived after 10pm and still got a bite to eat.
Overall, the hotel is clean, but very outdated. The bathrooms, rooms and balconies are in urgent need of renovation. The pool area is definitely past its prime. It is also rather crowded there.
Due to the proximity to the kite spots, it is pleasantly windy. The beach and the sea are nice to look at, but are not suitable for swimming and there are no sunbeds or similar on the beach.

Breakfast is ordered from a card, coffee, tea, a few juices and water are free. Otherwise there is toast, egg dishes, pancakes, crepes, sausage, cheese, fruit and yogurt. It is not bad but after a week little varied.

Dinner always consists of 4 courses, and unfortunately there is little to no attention to individual requests. The first course was always a soup. Unfortunately, this was usually only lukewarm, as was the rest of the meal. The courses come very quickly one after the other and often you had the feeling that it is a ready meal. However, there were exceptions that were really tasty. Overall, the food was okay and we have become full.

On a positive note, we were driven to our next hotel which was 3 minutes away by car.

Overall, the clean, but very much in the years. You get full but should not expect any culinary highlight. The staff is totally nice and very eager.

Hotel that is ready for some renovations. Nice location, you can either use the pool or go to the beach. However, there is aircraft noice. The service is quite nice and the owner even drove us to our next hotel. Ok to stay there, not the best.

I read the other reviews before booking this hotel and was very disappointed.
Pros - the hotel is near the kitesurfing beach and it's convenient if you come to surf.
Also, the staff are really nice and helpful.
Cons - the hotel looks really outdated.
The rooms are very very basic, our room was dirty, no wifi in rooms (just in the public area), no water pressure in the bath, no safe in rooms (just in the reception), uncomfortable beds.
It's more of a hostel then 3 stars hotel.
We left after 1 night and moved to a different hotel.
