We stayed there for one night! It is DEFINITELY not a 4-star hotel. The rooms have no ventilation in the bathroom. It only has a really small window looking at a wall! As a result water never dries on the floor.
Also there was a really cheap curtain in the shower which seemed awful.
Wardrobe has no hangers so not practical at all. The fridge was extremely noisy and there was so much noise at 8 am that you had no choice but to wake up. Our room was at the basement overlooking a wall and there was no mosquito net. The breakfast was made with cheap materials and not tasty at all. I would never describe this hotel as a 4-star and definitely not worth the money we spent there.

Amazing food
We have just had a lovely holiday in this hotel. As others have said the best aspect of this hotel are the staff. They are always so friendly and helpful, ready to go the extra mile. Many thanks to chef NICO (he is a masterchef and cooks delicious meals)and to waiter- DENIS for very good service:)
The room is comfortable and of a good size, with good size bathrooms too. We also appreciated the fact that breakfast was served till 10:00 meaning there was never a need to rush to get to breakfast. All meals were very tasty, becase the chef is very talented (especially mousaka):) 10/10!!:)
When it comes to Grecos's animation- it might be better
