Reviews
The staff were very kind and helpful.
Also has great of view. Very close to best destinations and beaches in Samos.
Breakfast is good enough, but not so great because of the old coffee machine:)
Princessa Riviera is not a resort. It has the location to be one (it offers a breathtaking view over the ocean and the sunrise), but the hotel falls short on everything else one would expect for a "complete vacation experience."
1. The bed was RIDICULOUSLY hard. I weigh 100 kg, and when I stood on the bed, my feet sank only a few cm. We saw the cleaners removing mattress toppers when they cleaned another room, so there was hope that we could also get one, but such luxury was not available for our premium room (confirmed by both the reception and the cleaners).
2. Even though there was a menu, it was an illusion. The food was not prepared by someone who enjoys cooking.
3. There was nothing to attract the hotel's guests. No entertainment, no lunch or dinner service. Apart from those who chose to lie by the pool during the day, the hotel was lifeless.
4. Breakfast was OK, but just barely. An exact menu, without any changes or variations. Bread, cheese, ham, vegetables/fruit, yogurt, cereal, sausages, half-cooked ham resembling bacon, scrambled eggs, coffee/tea, juice. Cheap and completely lacking joy in the food.
5. The fridge in the room couldn't cool to fridge temperature.
6. The fast internet didn't work.
7. The TV was 17 inches. It was barely visible from the bed.
8. The wireless worked occasionally. (But this was probably due to the fact that the internet on the whole of Samos is unstable during the day.)
So, we had paid for a premium room. What was promised was a jacuzzi, either on the balcony or in the bathroom. In the pictures from the travel agency, you could see a corner bathtub with room for two. We got a room with a one-person whirlpool in the bathroom. Otherwise, there was nothing resembling a premium feature in the room. A slightly more spacious balcony facing the breathtaking view would have been appropriate, perhaps? No. A slightly better seating option for the balcony at least? But no.
In summary, we probably would have given the hotel a different rating if it weren't for the bed and the whirlpool. The bed because it's surely the first thing one can expect: a bed you can sleep in. In two weeks, we never got used to it. Our bodies adjusted to the bed about as much as if we had slept directly on the floor. The whirlpool because it was so evident that we had been misled. For an extra 400€, we expected at least something, but we could have done without the single-person whirlpool entirely.

First of all it was not 3 Euro. It was 4 Euro...
I am so sure about that i was at your hotel. Google is following on satellite. They can confirm. I want to add another thing. There was a smell in the morning which is coming from your hotel's kitchen.
I did not say anything about the quality of the hotel as I have not been inside.
The staff is not kind. They are only think money... Sunbeds are the most expensive in the island. The sea and the beach are more than OK!
