Ania is incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me find a taxi when none can be found! Rooms are good with a beautiful view of Santorini from the higher rooms. Location is central. 20 minute walk to Fira and a 15 minute drive to the airport.

The hotel is nice, but we were there in the off season so it's hard to know what's standard and what's an exception. They accommodated 32 students and three adults fIrly well. I can say the breakfast provided was lack-lustre at best... Toast, processed ham, boiled eggs, small amounts of fruit and veg. Greek yogurt, coffee. It was obviously undergoing renovations, so any disrepair at the time is completely...

The noise from reception echoes all the way through the hotel.

Expensive pants that were worn on the same morning went missing. Aries was helpful and tried to help, lady in the front was rude and made it look like we're lying. We did not feel safe and we had to take our stuff in backpacks when we went out. Clean rooms, Aries was very kind and respectful.

The gentleman who ran the transport was phenomenal! He gave excellent advice and a small tour on the way from the airport to the hotel. The rest of the staff we met was also wonderful! Highly recommend anyone stay here!

We had a wonderful time at the Anessis Hotel in Fira. The hotel's location is simply perfect – the bus stations are just a 3-4 minute walk away, providing easy access to all parts of the island. Staff is very rude and less communicative The first day I was given 2 keys they came the next to fix the WiFi in our absence and took the second keys with them. I called many time to ask for the keys no answer and left a text message still no respond even when I was leaving i left a good bye message they never responded until now

The Hotel excelled in customer service. They reached out to us before we even got there and asked if we needed to be picket up from the airport. We had a lovely stay, the staff was extremely nice, our room was cleaned everyday and we were provided new towels also everyday. Thank you for this amazing stay. We highly recommend this Hotel!

Villa agas is a lovely hotel 20 minutes walk located from fira, Santorini. Perfect if you want to have peace and quiet away but still want to be near to the hotspot city! The pool is understandably closed in the winter

I was satisfied with the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend it to any traveler.

The facility was very clean and had a balcony, so I was able to relax very well. It was also very convenient because it was close to the center of Fira and restaurants.

The staff at the reception desk in the hotel lobby were very polite. I am overall satisfied with the hotel.

Artemis made us feel like family from the start. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

As long as you have a car, property is convenient. Not the best but you get what you pay for, especially for Santorini. Photos shown in ******* are not exactly same and condition us not the best. There are overhead planes taking off and landing, so a little noisy. Would recommend the owners invest in power backup. We lost power one night which was manageable but the water supply also got cut which...

My room is amazing, very clean, with a great view of the sunset and sunrise. It’s near a beach and a great little market about 20 minutes away. The owners are the sweetest couple. I was a little sad as this is the end of a wonderful vacation and they took time to comfort me and talk about the different places I saw and my life back home.

Our Stay was great - the owner and his wife were very helpful and friendly.

Really amazing customer service, we loved Anna and Artemis. Room had an amazing view of the ocean, gorgeous bathroom and very clean. Pool was freezing because it’s not heated and we went in the end of the season but we still enjoyed. The location isn’t great as it’s a 40 minute walk to Fira and public transportation in Santorini is not good but Artemis offers a free drive to and from the airport. Also...
